      **************** including telephone technical support is basically non existent. Service outages are handled by CSRs as normal business with zero concern, zero updates or restoration estimates, and zero sense of urgency by the BlueStream customer service staff or the company itself. Misinformation and fabricated claims are apparently a company requirement in the customer service department.

      The worst technical support in the planet. When they come to your house to install internet service, they force you to get Plume Mesh Network extenders. Then when internet connection goes out during a storm, good trying to get back up. It takes like thirty minutes, and if you're working from home - it ***** to be you. Further, you will pay $50/Mo for 200Mbps internet, but the best you'll ever get is 100mbps. Ultimately, I believe BlueStream needs to step up the customer service game and provide the value it charges customers for!

      Hiked my fee multiple times, using the guise of "promo rates" that never grandfather. Canceled my service on 6/14 and had service immediately terminated, at which point I switched to using an alternative provider. In spite of that they charged my credit card for service I *no longer have*. Will dispute with my credit card.

      First, I think anyone giving more than 2 stores is dishonest. This company is completely out of its league, using over 30 yr teachnology and then not be capable of fixing its equipment or understanding what their problems are. We have lived in our development for over 4 yrs and our system has not worked constantly for that entire time. From the *** cutting off programs, to the voice over starting without prompting, to channels we pay for we don't get and today all HBO channel voice in Spanish. Ok, I have written the **** who got called out by the Mayor in Coral Springs and lied to his face about addressing the. If the *** is willing to do that with a public figure, the company he represents isn't reputable. If our *************** didn't cover this payment, we would have changed years ago. Living in ** is a rip off since the representatives don't care, the Senators or the Govenor that citizens get ripped off by these companies and are in collusions with HOA's to rip off folks. Why isn't the AG's office doing anything about that? Don't worry about Hurricane gouging, hurricanes don't happen everyday. This does.

      Returned equipment 4/26/24, advised $55 refund in 2-4 weeks. Called Bluestream 6/10/24, advised 8-12 weeks for refund. Monthly account statement does not reflect the refund. Deceptive practices so consumers forget about the refunds and Bluestream keeps the funds. Filed complaints with BBB and State of FL Consumer Protection.

      If I could give no stars, I would. This company is awful. Im being made to pay for equipment that I know turned in over a year ago. I wouldn't keep any equipment if I wasn't using it. Why would I? The office didn't have more than one person available at the time and that person who took the equiptment didn't provide me a receipt for turning the equipment in. I would have kept the receipt. But no receipt was given to me. I'm glad I no longer have the service as I have moved away. There also tends to be frequent disruptions in the area for internet. Avoid this company at all costs. If you do stick with them, prepare for poor service and you'll probably have to keep receipts for years apparently. Unfortunately, there are places that don't have any other choice but Bluestream. Total Monopoly in those areas!

      Techs ***********************(#****) and **** (#***) and ******************* were Phenomenal!!! We had had multiple issues and delays for cable, internet and alarms(error was Bluestream's, not ours)-we scheduled 10 days to our move and then due to the signal not being taken care of by Bluestream, after countless hours on the phone with no resolution with Bluestream, we were fortunate to have our Savior *********************(the alarm wizard) come to our door and he made calls and got a lead technician to come and set up our cable and internet and then he did the alarm.Without ****, we would not have had any Bluestream services. Both ****, the lead tech ****(#***) and ******************* were SO Helpful and really professional and knew their jobs to a tee. We want to commend them all, they are the only reasons we survived the Bluestream debaucle. ***** with customer service gave her all but was unable to secure a resolution. The four of these people are your STARS, so please acknowledge them accordingly.*******************************

      Just had Bluestream Technician ******************************* (#***) in our home to fix two of our TVs which were unable to display network programming. He did a great job. I was impressed by his thorough, work procedure and his explanation of what our problems had been. He was very affable and a pleasure to have in my home.*************************
