Have been paying payments for over a year thinking all of my accounts were consolidated just to find out they have made my credit worse than what it was it doesn't take a over a year to make an payment agreement with the credit card companies so I was still being charged late fees and entrance on my accounts for over a year please please tell everybody never hire them they are a *****

Ms. **** has been a client of Lighthouse Finance Solutions, LLC for about a year. It appears from her review that Ms. Reed is confused as to the services she agreed to receive from Lighthouse, and disagree with her characterization of Lighthouse's business and services. Lighthouse provides debt resolution services, services that she indeed received. Without providing the specifics, Lighthouse was able to resolve several debts enrolled into the program within 12 months of her enrollment, all with Ms. Reed's approval, and in fact, was in the process of resolving another debt when Ms. Reed decided to stop communicating with lighthouse.

We have made numerous attempts to reach out to Ms. Reed on the following dates: December 28, 2021; December 29, 2021, December 30, 2021, January 3, 2022 by phone, and sent her emails on December 30, 2021, and January 3, 2022, in effort to discuss her complaint and her review and resolve her complaint. We take our client's satisfaction seriously as our focus on client relationships is what distinguishes us from our competitors. We take Ms. Reed's frustration and her negative review seriously, as our reputation is important to us as a company. We hope that Ms. Reed will respond to our communications in effort to resolve any issues she may have regarding her services.

They negotiate with you an amount and then charge you more undisclosed amounts to you in your bank. Beware, they are not doing a fair and square business with you and they are more on the side of your creditors than you. Also, the way they do business is more like a ******* than anything else. Do not do business with them or any other company. Fix your credit yourself!

While we understand that Ms. ***** has had buyer's remorse to Lighthouse Finance Solutions LLC's program merely 8 days into the program, the review does not accurately portray the terms of her agreement with Lighthouse or the services rendered by Lighthouse, and unfairly disparages Lighthouse as a company. In merely 8 days in the program, Lighthouse was able to reach results for Ms. ****** settling one of her enrolled accounts with a significant reduction. Lighthouse's fees and the affiliate fees that were earned and were to be collected were specifically stated in the agreement that the consumer reviewed and signed. Ms. ***** also complains that she sought to fix her credit, a service not provided by Lighthouse. Lighthouse assists consumers to negotiate their debt with creditors for a fraction of what they owe, a service that Ms. ***** received despite being in the program for mere 8 days.

Our reputation is what make us who we are, and Ms. ***** had buyer's remorse 8 days into the program despite the surprising achievements made on her account in such a short period of time. Lighthouse has made several attempts to reach Ms. ***** to discuss with her any issues she had, but to no avail.

That said, despite earning the fees per the agreement, and achieving significant reduction in one of Ms. ******** enrolled accounts 8 days into the program, Lighthouse and the affiliated services in which she enrolled into, have unilaterally refunded all fees collected despite earning these fees for services rendered. We are saddened to see that Ms. ***** had a bad experience as we strive for excellence in customer service, which is our distinctive edge on other service provider in the debt resolution industry. We wish Ms. ***** the best in her pursuit of a debt free life.
