            I ordered a splash 4 drone package and the guy took my payment, sent me a email saying he had returned my money and requested me pay again via PayPal. He said my money was going to be returned. That was a lie.

            I Purchased a fisherman *** from Urban Drones I paid full price for a new drone but when I received it I opened the box and started taking everything out and everything seemed all good but when I went to scan the ** code on the protective film on the remote out said it was expired but didn't think much of it until I took the protective film off the screen it was scratched all over so that made me think they had sold me a used drone for the price of a new one which really made me ?? so I called the store and No one answered the first day so I left a message and they did call back the next day the guy said they do not sale used Drones but he offered me a discount really quick so then I knew it was probably a drone that was traded in so if you order from them be careful and check everything out really good when you get it I did take the discount bc everything was in really good condition other than the scratches on the screen but I would have rather known before hand when I thought I was buying a brand new drone hope this helps Someone out on their purchase thanks
