            My garage door spring broke on October 28, 2023. I went on ****** and requested a quote I believe through ****'s list. *** from First Priority was the first one to call me. Everything starting great with ***. He was quick in accepting the job. He came out the same day and replaced both springs and stated that the springs and his labor had a warranty, I believe he said the springs was 10 life cycle and his labor 3 years. Then 30 days later, December 2, one of the springs he replaced broke. I called ***, he answered asked me to send him a picture, i did and he stated he would be out on Monday, 12/4 between **** pm. He was a no show. I called him and he stated he was in route but never showed up that day. The next day he stated that he was complicated and told me to call his partner **** that he would be coming out. I contacted **** and he was suppose to come out on Thursday 12/7. **** was also a no show. I tried calling both *** and **** and neither of them answered my calls or text messages. Til this day no response.

            Please dont use took advantage of a senior. Extremely threatening and bullish. Came on 11/25/22 to repair my garage door opener not working. He got a screwdriver and adjusted it in 5 minutes charged me $200. Gave a 1 year warranty. I went to use it on the 11/29/22 wit didnt work. I called *** and he came the next day wanted to input a new motor without trying to adjust like the first Time. Per me insisting that he adjust he made the chain jump off track and said this cant be fixed. That I need a new motor and to contact him when ready. I said to him so youre not going to honor your your 1 year contract. I advised him the unethical to leave your customer without trying to repair and I out of $200 For nothing. He got very belligerent and the a few $20 on my washing machine and I became afraid and. Asked him to leave. He took the money and left. After speaking with my husband I was advised to request our money back. I texted him. He said NP send cash app i if information and never sent it an no longer replied. Will not reply anymore. Can you please do something about this guy preaying on seniors.
