We engaged TCDS (*****) to develop new, market-facing Career Architecture and Salary Structures for our US-based businesses, covering about 3500 employees at 9 locations in 6 states. This was particularly challenging as we were standardizing 6 different compensation approaches into a single program, simultaneous with implementing a new HRIS. *****'s conceptual approach, specific design, communications and mapping were all essential to our success. ***** has also completed other projects, including targeted market compensation analyses for individual job families, especially Business Development and Engineering. He also completed a career architecture migration analysis for our most recent acquisition. ***** applies his expert Total Rewards knowledge and market awareness to our projects.
