Yes you *******************, Integrated Landscaping and every other company name you come up with after s******* over clients is truly a scam. The only thing that makes **** lower than a middle eastern phone scammer is once they are caught, a phone scammer will cop to it. **** will continue to reply to reviews like this as if is a misunderstanding. He will also throw his co workers/employees under the bus. Yes that means you ***** ***** ************************ and anyone else that he represents as "in house employees. The worst part is your property will be worse than before he starts. **** you ****. You stole our money and left our property worse than when you started. 20+ years of dealing with businesses and you are the worst.

******,There is literally , I cannot emphasize that enough, no basis to anything you posted.The notion that you would throw these completely false accusations and on top of that finish with comments that the property looked worse than before we started is incomprehensible to be completely honest. Sickening to be honest.Let's begin by making this all above board and factual as well as being as in depth as possible.I have, and your wife has a copy , of all of the work completed as well as payments made prior to the project stalling. ( If you would like additional copies please advise ).Let's begin with the initial phase moving forward to the last phase completed.Concrete slabs and walkways: Deposit paid/ Project Completed.Pergola connecting Mother In Law Quarters and Main Residence: Project Completed/ Paid In Full.Landscaping: Alaena sourced and purchased. My crew installed portions ( in between phases AT NO COST TO YOU. Your Welcome.....Remainder of landscaping you hired my guys on the weekend to install. LED Lighting System: You paid me for it and I delivered it to your property for installation at the end of project. Paid for and on your property.Railing and Steps: Completed and Paid for. Picnic Bench at Gumbo Limbo: Completed and Paid in Full after Completion. ( No Deposit )Splash Pad: Formed, 2" Schedule 40 PVC , 1" PVC Installed: No Deposit. 2 days labor, form material, and PVC piping. $748 all in. No payment received for this phase.Concrete ( 48 { 80lb bags } on your patio not included in the above $748.THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING:10' x 12' Wind Chime Playground: $2,750 agreed price. Leveling of site, installation of chime pergola: Completed, No Deposit, Payment not received.Upon completion you became aware that the bamboo poles were not included in the price of the wind chime project ( verified by emails and written contract ) and after realizing this you chose to take a week to confirm if you wanted to move forward with purchase of Bamboo poles.When we decided to move forward on I ordered the bamboo.The money that was paid as a deposit ( $1,500 ) to purchase the bamboo was applied to the wind chime pergola balance ( $2,750 ). That left $1,250 owed to me for the balance of the chime pergola. In full disclosure I should have been clear of my intentions when accepting the deposit for the bamboo and applying it to the balance of the pergola.If that discussion was had I would be out $2,750 instead of $,1250 no to mention the $748 that is owed as well as the 48 bags of concrete that are/were on your patio.I was aware of your intention to not pay me for the work completed on the wind chime and in my opinion your upset that I picked up on this thus the scathing response.The splash pad is the last item that I was contracted to complete and was not completed.I did my best to find someone suited to complete that phase but had no success. No different than if you decided to not use me to complete future work I as well have the right to cancel a project.I do agree that this was not an easy decision on my part but nonetheless it was a choice I had to make and have moved on from it.There is no money owed to you and in fact the above will prove that I am owed over $2,000.Emails and contracts will verify this with no exception.
