To whom it may concern, I am reaching out to who ever is in charge I have had the worst experience with your employees. I have booked the clubhouse for my baby-shower for today and i was informed this morning that my party cannot be accommodated. I have been trying to get a confirmation since 3 days since i was not initially informed about construction for the parking lot for clubhouse i saw workers on Thursday. I have been calling since Thursday and received nothing but aggravation . The staff is extremely rude and hangs up on you on the phone i was hung up on multiple times I finally received a confirmation on Friday evening that i can still have my party to find out this morning i cannot have my party. And it has been canceled due to liability Dee is the one that hung up on me this morning after she spoke to me with an attitude and refused to refund my money. Stated she will give me 2 free party's and thats the best she can do. This is no help to me i have guests expecting to arrive today for the baby shower party. I will never ever deal with you again. I am 7 months pregnant with stress level of 1000% on top if that i am face with an attitude and screamed at by your staff I have no venue with catering for 40+ people Paid for decorations and paid for the space. I need to to be compensated for the space and and other cost and the courtesy of a call back. I will not stop until i get to the the top of brock management owners and will be contacting attorney general as well as reaching out for legal route if i am Not compensated.
