DO NOT USE this company! BAIT and SWITCH broker company! I was given a low ball quote in April 2023 and put down a cash deposit. One week prior to my cross country move I had a quality review of my moving inventory over the phone. Even though I removed several large items from my list the quality supervisor nearly doubled my price. I tried to get an explanation/clarification and was talked over, interrupted, name called and treated in the rudest, most disrespectful manor I have ever experienced. It was shocking and terribly upsetting. I calmly and repeatedly asked who else I could talk to and was told no one. The supervisor would not give me a last name and was extremely sarcastic. I eventually hung up in tears and called the main number and got a different manager who said he would review and call me back the next day. The next afternoon this manager called me back and said I could keep my original price but the movers might not take all of my stuff and it might get ugly with the movers when they came to pick up unless I agreed to higher price! I told him I would take my chances and was sent a revert to original quote email. The movers who picked up my stuff from Indeed Moving were awesome and took everything no problem! However, my stuff sat in a place in ** for over 3 weeks (I placed AirTags in some of my boxes so I could monitor). I placed weekly calls to Cross Nation and was told to be patient. Originally I was told I would have my stuff delivered within 7 days of being picked up. It wound up taking 30 days before my stuff was delivered!!!! Honestly Im just glad it arrived at all and I wasnt charged more money - I was certain Id been scammed and had started filling out a complaint with the **** ****** learned. I will do much better research before my next move and go with a legit professional company who does an in person inventory - NOT a broker!

I made a downpayment in early June for a late June move from ********** to ********. I cancelled my contract in the allotted time. I received an email stating my cancellation had been received and I would receive my $1199 refund in 7 to 10 business days. Today is August 25 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. They first informed me that they were changing their banks. They told me another time that their servers were down due to a large storm. Theyve made multiple promises that it would be processed and I would receive it. But I still have not received my refund. I keep calling. They keep promising. But still no refund.

************ Relocation!! They are certified scammers!! I signed an agreement with them to move my properties from ********* to ************ on 7/30. We agreed on $1550. I made an initial payment of $628. They promised to delivery my items on the next day. On the day of my move-out, I found out that they weren't a moving company, but in fact brookers. They sent guys to me who told me that their responsibility was to collect my items and deposit them to ******* where my items would be processed for 2 to 3 weeks before transporting them to ************. I then told the movers that the agreement was to deliver my items on the next day. Since we didn't agree on that. I canceled the contract.From that date up to now, I have been calling CrossNation to get a refund of my $628, they do not answer and they have never called me since I canceled the contract. A real business would like to gett back to customers for feedbacks, but they keep me on the lines for ever and do not answer my calls. That wasn't the case when they wanted my money. Whether I am right or wrong, why don't they talk to me? I am asking everyone not to do business with them. You'll regret it.

One star is too many for the levels of confusion and frustration that comes from working with this company. My initial quote was $2200 3 days from my move the price goes up to $3492. The day of my move goes up to $6000 for a 1 bedroom. These folks are absolutely criminal. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Started off with high hopes because they were a decent price so we put a deposit. They said we could pay with credit card for the rest no problem. They also said they were flexible with the pick up date. This was all a lie. They are now saying we are only 3 days from pickup and we must pay cash for delivery. They are very rude when it comes to quality assurance. We had high hopes since they are a veteran owned company and my husband is a veteran too. They said the deposit is non refundable so shame on them. Never again will we use Crossnation Relocation

Worst experience of my life. Three days before moving we received our final count call we counted absolutely everything and we were told that what we had put ** over, it would be $1500 more. We advised we did not have that and asked if we could get our $ back. We were told it was too late in the game So we asked what we could do to keep it the same price. We were told to take all the Totes off and it would be fine. We did that and moved them to another room so there was no confusion. At noon on 5/20 the Movers showed up. They took video of everything we had and then sat in their truck for THREE hours. I called Cross Nation, I called Carefree "Who they subcontracted with" and finally I was told that we had 715 feet instead of the 535 we booked with Cross Nation. We did not understand how that could be since we gave an EXACT count of everything in our house that was to be moved and we had subsequently taken several items off the original quote. After back and forth with them I told them to take the 535 as we originally agreed as we have NO more $. So they took TWO mattresses and maybe 12 boxes. I have 2/3rds of my house which in their opinion was 180 sq feet over. There is no way. We were asked by BOTH cross nation and carefree when we wanted our stuff delivered. We told BOTH companies Saturday 5/21. Saturday came and went, Sunday came I called and called finally about 1:30pm I got ahold of ******* a Supervisor at Carefree He told me he would reach out to dispatch and call me hopefully in the next 30 min. 1hr 15 min went by I called ******* back he said for me to Hold he was calling dispatch I was on hold for 23 minutes. He came back on the phone with NO update. He gave me an email address to file a claim and told me to give it a few days Today is Monday. I am home with two autistic children and one developmentally delayed. They have No beds, no comfort items, no clothes. But I am supposed to email a complaint and give it a few more days.

It started with a quote to move me for $3955.95 and then after a deposit of $1565.00 they changed their quote to $5728 with yet another deposit request. Then today as movers came to pick it up they are asking for more money even yet and stating it is more than it really is. I thought enough is enough with this outfit as I have already been bilked for $2215. This is a nightmare!

This organization was flexible enough to work with my impromptu move. I couldn't have done it without them!

The crew was kind and helpful during the entire move. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the service they provided.

They turned the tables when they lifted my heavy items from 3rd floor to ground floor.
