    ***** came to my home in March of 2022 to provide an estimate for my shower. He came alone and with no equipment. He looked, did not touch anything, and said that it seems to be a shower pan leak. He provided me with an estimate of ***** and requested 1/2 for a deposit to start the work. I sent a Zelle payment of $600. With the claim being denied by my insurance, I contacted ***** to request for my deposit back. He advised me that there is a fee for paperwork he had to complete for my insurance company and the fee is between $200-300, that he would check with his clerk and get back with me. I made several calls to *****, with him stating that he was either busy or out of town, but we always ended the call that he would look into it and get back with me. December 2022, just to show you how long this has been going on, I contacted ***** with a final conversation that I was to get back with him after the new year because he was out of town and a promise that he would look into it. I tole him I would gat back with him within the second week of January 2023, to get him acclimated with the new year. After the third week into the new year, I made several calls to ***** and left voicemails with no response from him. I then looked online alternate phone numbers for the business and was final able to get in contact with ***** for him to tell to me that I was contacting him on his personal cell and he does conduct business on his personal phone... mind you, the number I had for him is the number he originally provided to me and the same number that we were having business discussions on since March of 2022. ***** advised me that there are no refunds/credits and provided no services.
