Amazing *******************. We were selling our home in August 2023, found an open permit from 23 years ago relating to a beautiful waterfall and pond ** ************************ and built. Big project, lots of moving pieces somehow I (owner/contractor dropped the ball on the final inspection but 23 years went by and never an issue with the waterfall or pond so we didn't care. Well that changed come home closing time-they wouldn't close the home until this permit was closed out. We looked at the contractor on the permit and called the phone number and were simply amazed that ** was still in business and in good standing with city, insurances, work mans comp etc. 23 years later which is unheard of. We called **, he couldn't recall us or the project but took the time to revisit our home and recognized the project and offered up his time to find immediate resolve. He met with us at the city, notarized contract renewal and stood by the inspection phase end to end to a very satisfactory end result. We are in our mid 70's, we don't need any problems in our life and knowing that we made the right decision to improve our home 23 years ago not only paid huge dividends on the resale of our home, it also paid a huge dividend meeting up with an old friend, a contractor and an artist who is the same honest person today as he was when he built our waterfall and pool 23 years ago.
