      This management company has failed to provide updated parking decals and guest passes *** owners and tenants. My vehicle was illegally towed with a guest pass **** one because we have NOT received new ones) and I was told it was towed because it was parked for two week (false information vehicle was parked at 1:30am and towed before 2am (according to Tow yard). I reached out to the management company and no one has returned my calls. Instead they sent me a text with false information. They have refused to resolve issue or reimburse the money I paid to get my vehicle out of the tow yard. I am awaiting video footage to their claims as well as the name of the individual claiming to be my "mother" and they have done nothing but ignore me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They are not for the tenants of the properties they manage. I plan to seek legal assistance if matter is not disputed and video footage is not provided.

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/09/16) */ I received the call from the tenant at the doctor office. I could not call back, instead I respond with a text message. The car was over the property over night for more than it was allowed. I am a new manager. BOD decided to change the parking control system. I am still collecting data for the new decals. Towing company new that it was a old gust tag. They have a company that do the parking control and towing. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2021/09/15) */ Still haven't spoken to management company however someone reached out to me from condo association, stating the wrong vehicle was towed. But they can not refund the money paid to tow yard to get vehicle out. I just want the $165 returned for problem to be resolved since wrong vehicle was taken. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/10/04) */ I already provided the response. The unit tenant was in violation. The car and the owners of the car were not registered with the association. She was already told by the President of the association. They have parking control and they tow cars not registered. I was not able to respond to the call immediately because I was at the doctor's office doing a medical procedure. I text her without having access to my records. It was a similar situation with another owner's daughter and exactly similar car. She is complaining that there are too many rules. She was told all the rules at the time she started renting in this complex.The President of the association told her that she has to remove her complaint from my record. I guess she does not want to retract her complaint. I can force her to do it, but it is not fair that I can not defend myself. I was told that she has been a problem tenant for a long time , long before I started working for them. The decision of the BOD is that her lease will not be renewed and the owners were informed about it. I started working for this association two months ago. I have a clean record for a very long time and it is unfortunate that this can be destroyed by someone like that. Regards, ****** ******
