Southeast Condominium ****************** has neglected my unit at **** ***************. ************* ******* 33065..Little or no Maintance or repairs are everr done,on or near my unit common areas. I complained several times. Requests are always ignored. I pay my maintenance and fees, I feel I am being ripped of by the association and Southeast Condominium ******************* I believe the association and Condominium President are stealing money for Several years!Business response

******************* has been sent a cease and desist letter from the association's attorney. This is the email sent to the attorney outlining our need for this letter
"*** and ************************* showed up at the Budget meeting last night.
************************* is on the *****.
***** from my office attended with *********************** *************************** and ***************************** from the *****.
Two other homeowners attended.
******************* stormed into the meeting and kept trying to take over the meeting. He was told that it was a ***** of ********* budget meeting but would not stop. He became verbally abusive and the following statements were made
He referred to ***** as a "smug asshole". Then proceeded to accuse ***** of stealing all the money. Then he accused Art and previous ********** ******** of stealing. SE is apparently in cahoots with all the vendors and we are stealing.
We would like you to contact *******************. Request he stop slandering SE, the ***** and SE employees. Any request for records must be in writing.
*** stated he was coming to take all our records. ***** tried to explain the procedure for inspecting records. *** became more belligerent. Most of the people left the meeting in fear. The ***** president was almost in tears. "The association just completed the 40 year inspection. We are in the middle of a large special assessment. Maintenance is being done but we have priorities - roof leaks etc.
Landau was given plantings and he and his wife volunteered to water as per instructions from landscaper. They promised to water. They got tired and stopped and plantings died.

This management company has been charging interest on late fees without any written consent from owner occupants. I received no information in writing that this would be effective or when it would take effect. I did not sign any written authorization of an interest rate on condo dues. The rate interest being charged has never been disclosed or approved. I don't believe this is legal.
