******** was really great. Very detailed and always with a positive attitude. Always quick to return calls and followup was also very quick. She was the ultimate in polite, positive and upbeat customer service. I am delighted to refer any and everyone to her. ******** took extra care to get to now me and ensure I was given the best possible customer are. Fantastic! From beginning on the pickup of my vehicle to delivery, she and the driver kept me informed, as well as my family at the pick up location. The whole process far exceeded my expectations. At the drop-off location the driver was polite and very thorough, which gave me the confidence that he he knew what he was doing and had taken extra care to deliver my 1953 ***** Truck. ********** encouragement that my ancient truck would arrive in as good of shape as when picked up, and the thoroughness of the driver made my day. Thanks for phenomenal job throughout! Keep up the great work!!

Ship A Car and their rep Jonathan, showed professionalism to me as the customer. Jonathan and I talked a few times before I placed the order. Once the order was in place, I had some concerns. The driver and I talked the day before, and on the next day the driver texted me to inform his whereabout. He came, loaded the car on to his truck, and drove away. 2 full days later the driver texted me of his arrival to drop off. Overall, I like the experience with Ship A Car and would recommend it to anyone who needs their cars transported. Skeptical at first, but I was surprised everything went well thereafter. I have to give them 5 stars and deserving so.Ship a Car Inc.
