      There is always an email confirmation and shipping notification sent out, which makes me thing the emails are either going to spam or are bouncing.

      I ordered a barrel on 4/23/24. The website allowed me to put it in my cart and check out. Currently the website says that my order is still being processed. Today is 5/3/24. Ten business days have passed and my order hasnt updated. I have tried to contact them at least three times with no response. I have asked for a refund with no response. At this point I am solely looking for a refund back on my credit card. By the way my credit card was charged the same day the order was placed.Thank You, ***************************

      I apologize for any frustration caused, this is not what we stand for, and are not happy with it at all. We are a small, family-run business, so we will always do our best to make sure it is made right.

      Ordered an 11 pack of PMAGS (Order #******) and never heard anything else, tried emailing 3 times to see what was going on but never once got an email back. Had my issuer do a chargeback, this place is most certainly a scam business. Buyer beware.

      On March 6th I ordered a product from this company, after not being provided a shipping course I emailed them and did not hear back untill the 11th and they apologized and promised me a shipping code the next day. They still have not shipped or delivered my product as of 3-19-24

      I apologize for the delays on this order. It had to ship through our ** warehouse, and there was a bit of a delay there. Looks like it is shipping out today!

      Either way, i have gone ahead and refunded you for the entire order and will still be shipping it out for you, so it will ship free of charge. You should see those funds post back into your account within the next 7 business days.

      We are a small, family-run business, and we do our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly, so this is something we definitely do not want happening.

      I have bought with this company multiple times for over a year, spending thousands with them. I've had a few issues, but they were always quick and great to get resolved with. But now, with my most recent order on March 3rd, 2024, I received a damaged item from their warehouse. The shipping package was undamaged, so it shipped out from them like this. I have tried to contact them multiple times since receiving everything for over a week, and have only received silence in return. I'm going this route first before contacting my credit card company due to them taking care of issues in the past. I have sent them multiple emails with pictures, along with messages on their website. No responses at all.

      On 11/8/2023 I purchased 10 boxes of 12ga shells. After sending my personal information (DL, FOID) as requested they updated my order. This all took place with hours of my order being placed. On 11/17/2023 I received my order but only 1 box instead of 10. Attached is a photo of what I received along with the shipping box with the shipping number clearly visible. I immediately contacted the business regarding the failure to deliver the other 9 boxes and included the photo. I have yet to hear a word from them. I initiated a charge back with my insurance. I want my personal information destroyed, I keep the single box as liquidated damages and my charge back stands.

      Hey! I have been in contact with this customer directly, and have offered to ship out a brand new order for him, to which he was satisfied and happy with. He said once he receives the order he will contact you to take down this complaint.

      I have just received the complete order.  *********** responded in a relatively timely manner and rectified the error in shipping.  They also allowed me to keep the original single item shipped in addition to the original quantity ordered.  I am fully satisfied with the company's response and handling of this matter and consider it closed.
