Rare electrical goes by ******* parts distributors on ***** This seller is a liar scammer. Their c/s number is a recording & does not work & you can only contact them via email thru ***** The auto part NEW STARTER MOTOR FITS PONTIAC ** 6.2L 376CID 2009 ******** M0T35573. ORDER NUMBER **************. (Floridapartsdistributors) sold me a defective part. I tried to return after 90 days. the part is guaranteed for 1 year after install .10 emails later finally sent me a return label. After seller rec'd the part 10 more emails to try & get refund. part $122.93 they refund only $82. It cost me $120 to install the part and another $100 to remove the defective part. I want to be reimbursed for the $41 rare electrical shorted me and now I want to be reimbursed for the labor spent $220.Business response

Hello. We've received your request and reviewed your account. On 9/12/2022, a purchase of (1) NEW STARTER MOTOR FITS PONTIAC ** 6.2L 376CID 2009 ******** M0T35573 was purchased at 12:50pm. On 9/22/22, we received a request that you wanted to return the unit back to our warehouse. Our *************************** provided assistance and issued you a return shipping label to mail the unit back to our warehouse. We received the unit back in our warehouse on 12/13/2022 and our ********************* issued you a refund in the amount of $81.82. We issued a refund minus 20% due to not receiving your OEM part number that was requested to confirm that the correct unit was purchased. We do everything we can to ensure we can help assistance you the best we can. We fulfilled your request as requested and issue you a refund due to our Return Policy. We noticed in your request that you asked us to reimburse you for your choice to hire someone to install the unit purchase. We will not issue you a refund for a service that we did not provide to you. You will have to take up with the mechanic that provided your install. Although we did not nothing wrong in the this case, We will issue you a refund for the cost of the restocking fee back to you, that's all.Customer response
