    Volvo Account Number: ************* I leased a *************************** for my wife to drive our kids to school as well as the short travel to and from her place of business. The vehicle was driven by a female 100% of the time and was always serviced, clean and cared for. Upon termination of the lease, I received a lease termination invoice for $3,170, with much of that cost attributable to excessive wear and use.Per the attached service records, we have been to the dealership to get the vehicle serviced over 13 times. Many of these items being electrical and software issues that continued to go unresolved. There was a point in time we were actually going to file a lemon law claim for the amount of times we had to take the vehicle in for repair. My wife and I both work, and to continuously have to schedule, take the vehicle in for service and often wait or arrange for a ride, is very time consuming. We both have missed many hours and days of work having to get this vehicle serviced due to it not functioning properly. In addition, four new tires were purchased for the vehicle six months prior to the lease expiration. The original tires were completely worn out with only ****** miles driven. The warranty for those tires was ****** miles. I was originally going to agree to pay for the excessive miles that was over the lease amount, but after reviewing all the service records and being reminded of the times we missed worked and waited for this vehicle to get serviced, I am now disputing the entire invoice. I spoke to a few of the service advisors that knew my wife due to the amount of times she has taken the vehicle in, and they agreed there were way too many issues with this particular vehicle and that we should not be charged a termination invoice due to all the time we spent getting this vehicle serviced. I am seeking a quick response to this issue and my expected outcome is for Volvo to void the entire invoice and clear any balance.

    We are disappointed in ********************* of Gunther Volvo Coconut Creek. This is the second lease car that I have gotten from him at Volvo and it will be the last. We agreed a deal with him. I brought in my car to be assessed, they took it for 30 minutes and he came back and said it was fine, we could go ahead with the deal at the price as agreed. Weeks later I got a bill from Volvo ************* Services to say that we owed $881.61 as two of the tires needed to be replaced. I would think that it's fairly obvious if the tires needed to be replaced and they could figure that out in the 30 minutes that they had my car to 'assess' it. I feel totally scammed, it is obvious to be that he wanted to do the deal and get his commission and didn't care what happened afterwards. We went to the dealership and spoke to ***************************, the Manager He said leave it with me for a few days and I'll get back to you. My husband then got a text a week later from *** saying "I got you $400". One of the other sales guys there told us and that is what *** should have been more transparent. I left a review of their ******** page. ****************** responded to say sorry to read about your experience. We'd like the opportunity to discuss this further with you directly in order to address any outstanding issues and hopefully restore some faith back into our service. Please reach out at a time convenient for you. I called **** this morning as he asked me to above. He said what you do you want and I said you asked me to call me. He said I never asked you to call me, the computer just generates that response! Then he ranted and shouted at me and told me that he didn't have to give me an f***ing thing. He said his other sales manager is a liar and does that all the time too! Unbelievable, somebody at Gunther needs to look into how this dealership is run, and listen to that call and how he speaks to customers.
