      We are disappointed in ********************* of Gunther Volvo Coconut Creek. This is the second lease car that I have gotten from him at Volvo and it will be the last. We agreed a deal with him. I brought in my car to be assessed, they took it for 30 minutes and he came back and said it was fine, we could go ahead with the deal at the price as agreed. Weeks later I got a bill from Volvo ************* Services to say that we owed $881.61 as two of the tires needed to be replaced. I would think that it's fairly obvious if the tires needed to be replaced and they could figure that out in the 30 minutes that they had my car to 'assess' it. I feel totally scammed, it is obvious to be that he wanted to do the deal and get his commission and didn't care what happened afterwards. We went to the dealership and spoke to ***************************, the Manager He said leave it with me for a few days and I'll get back to you. My husband then got a text a week later from *** saying "I got you $400". One of the other sales guys there told us and that is what *** should have been more transparent. I left a review of their ******** page. ****************** responded to say sorry to read about your experience. We'd like the opportunity to discuss this further with you directly in order to address any outstanding issues and hopefully restore some faith back into our service. Please reach out at a time convenient for you. I called **** this morning as he asked me to above. He said what you do you want and I said you asked me to call me. He said I never asked you to call me, the computer just generates that response! Then he ranted and shouted at me and told me that he didn't have to give me an f***ing thing. He said his other sales manager is a liar and does that all the time too! Unbelievable, somebody at Gunther needs to look into how this dealership is run, and listen to that call and how he speaks to customers.

      In February of 2022 I purchased a brand new Volvo CX60 from Gunther Volvo of coconut creek. I purchased it based on its alleged reliability and safety features. On the day of the purchase, I turned the car on and the belt popped. So I was without my "brand new" car for three days while they order the part and fixed it. I never even got the opportunity to drive it off the lot. Fast forward to two months later, headed to work and the car wouldn't start. My brand new car wouldn't start!!!!! I had to take the day off because I had no way to work. We had the car towed back to the dealership. When we got there, they treated my husband like a second class citizen. We requested a loaner or a rental car until they are able to repair the car and nobody was willing to help. They wanted to shuttle us home and call us later about a loaner. Meanwhile, we had children that needed to be picked up from school and jobs that we needed to be at. They acted like being without a car was no big deal. Not to mention, this was a brand new Volvo, we shouldn't even be having these issues. The overall experience was deplorable and regret even purchasing a car from there. They did not try to accommodate us at all. We were left without a vehicle and had no way to pick up our children and had to uber to work. Even though we owned a 2022 Volvo CX60.

      Took my car to be fixed and was told by Gunther Volvo's assistant manager that they did not have parts, after been waiting for about 4 hours and spending $220.00 dollars for diagnosis. After a week I called back and the same assistant told me "We don't have the part", waited until today almost a whole month and called back again, This time trying to get my money back and the assistant manager said, because I have found the part and install it to my car, they are not responsible, by the way, (according to an ex-mechanic from Volvo, the stalk which Volvo said it need it, was not the problem). They should have said before any diagnosis that they do not have any parts for older cars, according to the assistant manager who just told me after a month and the loss of $220 dollars.
