      Ordered July 3rd, two day delivery scheduled for July 8th. ***** delayed multiple times. By July 13th, still no delivery date. Emailed JustCBD 3 times detailing problems with screenshots from ***** tracking requesting a replacement order then escalated to refund. Justcbd did not respond to any of my emails. Sezzle was no use, kept referring me to ***** or justcbd.

      I have ordered from this company for years. They sent me an order recently. It was supposed to contain three products, two 16oz jars and a sample jar. I received a box with only the sample jar. The receipt is highlighted only for the sample jar which makes me believe there was an error in their packing department. As you can see in the picture, the box they sent couldn't have even fit the full amount of product that I ordered. I have tried to contact them twice in the last week with absolutely no response. I told them on my most recent email that if they did not respond I would have to reach out to you and still did not get a response. I do not know what else to do. I would like my product or my money back and then to never ever use this company again. Please help resolve this. I feel that this company has taken a shady turn so if possible I would recommend keeping an eye on them.

      Order #******* Every jar was short.I ordered 4 Lbs total.I paid ***** on 11/25/2023 I became concerned after seeing my tracking info showing only 3.2 box weight The Total of the 4 jars of gummmies including the jars was **** ounces, over 10 ounces short of 64 ounces. A 16 oz "jar" contains only ****oz a 4 oz "jar" contains only 2.6oz It is only mentioned once, and only after selecting the size.This is bait and switch at least. Be transparent about the true weight.Items are not as described, as some items show 4/16 oz in items description, without the words "jar".The website is sure to plaster 16 ox. everywhere on the site, yet in reality the net size is only ****oz.

      io cancelled my subscription since I was on a 6week reoccuring shipping option. It would take OVER 10 days just to SHIP from that date, so my pet ALWAYS ran out of medicine and I would HAVE to order else where and cancel. The issue is on 7/12/2023 @ approx 9pm my card was charged $34.99 WHICH WAS CANCELLED OVER A MONTH AGO and THEY ARE STILL FRADUANTELY CHARGING MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. called 5 minutes after MY MONEY WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and since it was "after business hours" they have an answering service and can ONLY take messages to return my call, which its now 10 am 7/13/23 and they are located on EST (as am I) and I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED a call back!I WANT MY MONEY YOU HAVE STOLEN!

      We spoke to this client on July 12th , this was her first request to cancel auto ship.  We processed the refund and canceled her auto ship shipments. 

       

      Attached is receipt from square showing the refund processed. We had no other contact regarding cancellation of any shipments on file from this client until July 12 2023.

      I purchased some CBD products from this business. I never received the product, and when i inquired as to when i would receive it, they told me that they show it was delivered via ****** They sent me a picture of the package on the porch in front of a house, It was delivered to the wrong address as it clearly shows in the picture they provided. They are asking me to send them pictures of my license and credit card, and to fill out an affidavit that i did not receive the product. I dont mind filling out the form, but i am not comfortable sending them a picture of my license and credit card. All I want is the product i ordered or my money back, and they refuse to do so.

      We have refunded this client for her purchase. When packages are lost ***** requires us to file a claim form and client to attest to this. If we do ask for ID we ask for all information be blacked out and credit card number blacked out except for the last 4. We apologize for this inconvenience.

      I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and received an email on 11/17/22 stating my order has been shipped with a tracking number. Each day I check the status of the shipment, and it says it has not been dropped off to the carrier yet. I have called the business each day (and emailed) and someone from an answering service speaks to me every day saying someone from the business will contact me within one business day. I have yet to hear from the business. I have requested to simply cancel the order, but they are only an answering service and cannot help me or answer my questions. The provided customer service contacts are not responsive, and I would like a refund if my order is not actually being shipped. I informed the answering service staff that I will be filing a complaint with BBB today, after multiple attempts to contact the business.

      Good *************************** lost about 150 our packages that where never scanned in their system. We caught this error about a week or so later after getting customers calling.  We reshipped this customers goods and it was received on December 10, 2022.. Tracking # 1z4300080331510060

      I bought cbd oil and sent back the packaging and they have not refunded me. I suspect they doing fraud and just do not want to return it.

      We have no records of this person name, address in our system of this client buying any CBD products from us. If the customer can please provide an order number or proof of purchase via CC statement. Also the tracking number of the package that was sent back to us so we can trace it. Our policy is clear as long as you send the product back within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied we will refund, replace your purchase. 

       

      We also have no records from customer service regarding any issues from said customer
