      On August 19, 2023 (Saturday) I made a purchase online. The website said "same day shipping," so I'm assuming it'll be shipped out Monday. I also paid for Priority mail. Here it is August 25th and I haven't received it.. I went on the website to try to find a tracking number and there is none. So I called and emailed the company five times trying to get a tracking number and they won't return my calls/emails. I own a small business and leaving your customer to twist in the wind isn't the best way to go. I really need this part. Their advertising is the reason I chose this company and they didn't come through.

      Site guarantees shipment by the next business day. I called **** and they still haven't received the package to mail and it's been 5 days. I needed this part this week. And they are not answering responding to why Its not shipped yet or returning my calls. They have a tracking number but never brought it to the post office. I need either my money back or the package over nighted

      I order 2 blades and 2 belts from this company, order number GKTDLOOFZ on May 14th and still have not received my parts or have gotten any response from them. I called numerous times, emailed the a couple of times, tried using their chat room and have received no response at all. They sent a tracking number so I checked with **** and they said a label was created but the product has never entered their system. I would like the parts that I ordered or a refund of my money.

      Placed an order on 06/08/2023. No response from the company (its more than a week later). Tried to contact the company but no one answers the phone or email or chat. After reading a few other complaints, the lack of ability to contact the business seems happen quite a bit. I would like my belts. It would be nice if they would communicate.

      I placed an online order with this company for 4 v-belts. I received a package from them with one belt in it. I have e-mailed the company I have used their chat bots, I have called their customer service number multiple times starting a week ago. so far I have been place on hold (multiple times) to wait for a rep. only to be disconnected after about 30 min. There customer reps. are always busy so I have left contact information so the could get back with me. No response. I would like to talk to someone. I feel like I am being taken advantage of. When this started over a week ago I thought this would be an easy fix. Know I am not sure this business isn't a scam.

      We ordered 2 different kinds of belts, 5 of each. We only received 5 in total. At a minimum of 5 phone calls and 2 emails, I have gotten to talk to no one and gotten no response.We now just want our money refunded. It has been a disaster to work with this company and I don't have enough time as a volunteer as it is to do the work necessary to have to spend so much time and energy on things like this.I find it hard to believe this is an A- rating business with the BBB.

      I am rejecting this response because: the length of time to get any response.  When we didn't get any response, we needed to order belts from another company.  The belts also ended up being the wrong size and I was going to return them.  My 1st attempt was to get the belts we ordered when they didn't arrive.  After I noticed the belts didn't fit, we needed to return and order the correct belt.  But we tried by phone leaving messages and by email and through the website customer support.  Never once did we get a reply until I filed with the BBB.  Which is now why we just want our money refunded and we can send the other belts back.

      First, the company can be found on internet as Lawn and Garden Belts, GPR Industrial, and the BBB has them listed as GPR Services (all three have the same physical address).Around April 11, 2023, I ordered two belts for a riding mower (invoice *****). Only received one of the two belts, and the business will not answer the phone, not respond to phone message I left, nor will respond to email.I want them to either credit my card for the missing belt, or send me the belt (B44K) I paid for and did nor receive.

      Greetings, Im writing to report poor business behavior and lack of advertised committment from GPR Services. I purchased a belt on April 21 2023, and recieved the order on April 24th. Order reference is PEXUCSNSJ , and invoice number is IN030742. The order and shipping were accurate, but need to return the belt for a new size. I called repeatedly from April 24th to April 28th, with no recourse or response from thier customer service support number. I then reached out to the email provided ******************************** inquiring how to do a return, and recieved a quick reply the following day with a general comment of whats in stock. I called the number in the email and reached an individual and we spoke on options, but never concluded since i was not sure on the size he was offering. We agreed a call back was warranted and thus tried calling him back the next day April 28th with no response, and even left a voice mail. I emailed once more to ensure he did in fact recieve my voicemail and nothing as of May 3rd. I called the main customer service line 5 times from May 1st - May 3rd and waited for 1-1.5 hours on hold and then the line hangs up. I email the only email i have been provided on their site ******************************** and no one responds. Its pretty evident this company should not be in busineess if they cannot even provide the basic needs to the public in running one, ie. customer service. Its also ashame that it had to get to this for a $7 belt. Im just seeking resolution and getting my order right and returning my order. Thank you, ****
