    Bumps on my chest and chin that I had tried everything and they wouldn’t go away. Dr.Edwards cultured them and called in meds and two weeks later they were worse. So I asked for a refill, got told I would need to seen which I couldn’t because of work, so I took a day off in order to be seen and they called in something else. To this point I had no issues, however it still didn’t go away so I went and say Doctor Reardon, who is extremely beautiful and very young. I thought surely she will help me. WRONG, she called in steroid drops for my hair and another round of the same medication that wasn’t working was called in. This was a Friday. woke up Saturday to my hair failing out so bad it looked like I had chemo. My hair still kept coming out after immediately stopping the steroid. Monday I called they told me I was doing it to myself it wasn’t the medication and basically without saying said suck it up. Well 3 days later massive bumps show up all over my hair and face and now my eye. My eye started to swell, burned and I lost my vision. Again I’m told I’m doing this to myself so I go to the eye doctor who immediately tells me that because the bacteria I have was not treated it moved to my eye and I had three cornea ulcers. I left and went literally across the street to Doctor Reardon and begged to be seen. She say me and looked at me half bald and with massive ulcers all over my face and said she didn’t see anything wrong. One of them was leaking puss and I had a fever,My hair is failing out still and she hasn’t once looked at it and has seen me 6 times since February. She just kept saying nothing was wrong that hair loss was normal . I’m asking for my skin to be treated and help with my hair or at the least run a few tests to see what the hell is going on. I went in for two bumps and left with half my hair gone, ulcers all over my face and in my eyes, black bruises all over my body and no results other than nothing is wrong.

    As discussed with the patient previously (in person and via Facebook review/post) our practice is dedicated to patient care. Each of our providers is excellent in the care they give and their compassion and loyalty to patients and patient care is forefront. Our practice, and providers, have a much different account of your visit and request(s) when we have seen and treated you. Without going into the details of your concern(s) and overall healthcare, it is worthy to note that our practice has not seen you six times and nor is your recollection accurate. While we welcome the feedback of all patients (both negative and positive - each presenting us room for growth and improvement), we do ask that patients relay correct, honest feedback. Our team is problem focused and detail driven - evident in our office notes and photos. In closing, Ma'am - we have terminated our patient/provider relationship as we will not tolerate belittling nor disrespectful behavior from our patients, at any time -- including your accusation that our physician does not have a valid medical license and extremely nasty comments with foul language and untruthful accusations. As an integral part of healthcare on the Emerald Coast for 25 years, the respect and trust that our patients have for us is evident. We will continue to make patients, and their care, our priority and regret that your experience, as our patient, was not what you believe it should have been. We wish you the best.
