In June 2023 I was billed for services that I thought were covered by my maintenence agreement with Casey Electric. This business denied that my agreement covered the repairs needed. I have subsequently had my problem resolved by another company, and it cost me nothing because the manufacturer's warranty covered the repairs. I paid over $300 to Casey for these repairs because Casey clearly failed to file any claim fot this work. I believe that Case owes me the $302.64 I unnecessarily paid.Business response

While it is true that the maintenance agreement does not cover repairs and that the part repaired was beyond the manufacturer's warranty, we did submit the repair to the manufacturer. After bills were mailed, the manufacturer agreed to cover the repair. The amount paid by the customer for the repair is being refunded to them.
