Original bad job Summer 2021, ( we knew he was installing the sluter system wrong, we called the boss that evening on Day 2 to explain and invite him to come out and look.?He said he stood by his man, who had 30 years experience and didn't need to come out to check his work. leak started summer 2022. Company provided a "LIFETIME" warranty When installed. We called as soon as leak started. Company came out took pictures of leak in ceiling and confirmed about our warranty. Said they were in the middle of a job and had many jobs ahead could we wait till after the holidays. We said yes and we waited and called after the first of the year 2023. And have been getting excuses and the run around ever since. Zero work had been started and zero dates have been given as to when they will start. Text messages phone calls all given on our part and no attempt from them to make this better!!' We were unhappy with their work to begin with but cut out losses and my husband was going to make the repairs to their botched jobs. We were just happy the shower didn't leak. And felt pretty good knowing we had a lifetime warranty if anything went wrong!! Which we figured because he didn't install correctly to begin with but no one would come out to look. This is a guest room so the shower was only used summer 2021 for 2 weeks and again in the summer of 2022 for not even 2 weeks. I just need to get my shower repaired!!!! We ended up only paying 3000.00of a 5000.00 originally quoted due to the terrible work man ship. (Damage of vanity, tile shower, stair way) Agreed a pond by owner in December 2020 after months of them NOT COMING BACK TO FIX this things listed above. Without them repairing it like they promised o will have to come out of pocket and hire someone else! Its going to cost even more because the intire shower is tile.. We also loss a daughter during this time and feel like the company took advantage of us not being around alot. We needed the room,thats why we continue with the wrk
