I'm renting from her and all I can say is she does not hold up to her responsibility by law as a landlord. I'm renting her personal home and have put our own money into making the home nicer. (With her permission) the first time we have a problem that she has to put money into she wants us out of her home. She does not like to spend any money on the right qualified people to fix the walls, toxic mold (we had the mold sent out to a lab which said it has toxic mold) we have seen a rat in are AC vent, as well a broken window that still has not been fixed. We have a whole where the fan is supposed to work above the stove where the AC just flows out and bugs come in. Along with a non working fireplace that produced Hot air. Which in turn raise my electric bill. She does not know how to talk to people nor treat them. I believe she targets low income families gets them in and if they have one problem she tries to intimidate you. I may have had to rent from her due to my situation but I'm not dumb and no the law along with a wonderful family who will see this through the legal way. My heart goes out to all the families she has treated like this. As well to the 1 other review on here I'm almost certain that lady was speaking the truth. She has no cleaning lady. The home she rents are not clean. I have seen multiple homes she rented to people and they are bad. My home I'm renting (have pics document everything for proof) had trash all out side, the other peoples belongings left inside and the garage. The garage was trashed who ever worked a little bit on the home left everything there scraps, trash. I seen the house right after the people moved out and then was told it was all taken care of. My fault please go check your home your renting the day before you sign the lease. Take pictures of everything, video of everything save all text messages from her. My mother in law many years ago had the same issues with her, people at my church same thing, i wonder how many people are out there something to look into too. But if your a sheriff that she tried to do this to unknowing who you were she would be really quick to make it right. Like I said she goes for the lower income people that most don't know any better or even know they have rights. Her response to me saying anything about having something fixed in a timely manner is to "get out of her house get out you lie I give good people chances not people like you" via text. Terrible and very unprofessional I don't know how she been doing this for years.
