    Took our ******************* for recall work! It suppose to take a day and a half but after 3 days we called! They said that our car is now unsafe to drive!! When they did the recall on the seatbelts the drivers seat was removed and they said it was so rusted, as it, that a part broke and now the whole seat is broke! This is a ******* car that is a daily driver for us but not now and they wont repair it! They didnt even put it back together right! **** Motor Company tells us they are not liable Jarrett isnt volunteering to fix it and we feel they should. If the car didnt have a recall then the seat would not have broke! We drove it to the dealership and home where it now sits undriveable!

    I am at a loss of words for the lack of customer service. I never write a review for a company however this deserves one. My husband and I find a vehicle that we both like. I reached out to the dealership and got a call the next day followed by a text message from Andrew. I text the number back inquiring about the vehicle. While waiting for a response I notice that the vehicle increased in price. I message the number inquiring about the new price increase. I got a response back with two words "digital error". That's it. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I then call the dealership to inquire and speak with George. Once they heard I was interested in purchasing a vehicle their tone changed. Although once I brought up the recent price increase, they quickly informed me that at the bottom of their website it states "absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed" and then ended the call. 1. I'm upset how people get treated differently 2. I understand mistakes get made however own up to them or make it right instead of getting rid of a potential customer
