This place is a *********. Their business practice is to try to swindle you out of every penny you have. Safety is of no concern to anyone. The employee vibe is to be as rude to everyone as they can. Management is a joke, they reminded me of bulldogs. Just please save yourself the $ and headache and do NOT visit this terribly run establishment.

We took my son and my nephew to Snowcat Ridge tonight. It's supposed to be our holiday break kickoff. After snow tubing, eating, and playing in the show, we went over to the shopping area where we were surrounded by three security officers who approached my 9 year old and aggressively asked where his mom was and where the knife was. Evidently, someone at the hot chocolate line (an employee) claimed my 9 yo threatened to take all of their money and held out a knife. The employee then claimed that the adult with him (which was my sister), told him to put the knife away. None of this obviously happened. But that didn't stop them from interrogating my son, causing me to empty his pockets to "prove" he didn't have a knife (they said the cameras were down). My little boy was sobbing. He is still sobbing and said he was so afraid they were going to take him to jail. None of it makes sense to me. Is it because he is a minority? Because I can't think of any other reason why this happened. How does something like this get so fabricated and misconstrued that my third grader is felt to feel like a criminal? I don't feel safe taking him anywhere. His innocence was stolen tonight, our family trip was ruined, and I'm furious. But the bottom line is - PLEASE DO NOT take your family to Snowcat Ridge. It's appalling how we were treated.

We were met with hostility from the slope manager and my child was yelled at for not returning a raft that was not his (he was standing waiting for his cousins to arrive and get on the slope for his first time) and security was called. We were ejected from the park because we advised the slope manager that is not how you speak to a 7 year old child and he confronted me and my husband and got in our faces and started screaming at us that if we don't make him return the raft we would be in a "world of trouble". He called security and I requested to speak to a the park manager as the man was drunk (his breath was riddled with the smell of alcohol) and operating a ride and being hostile. I met with the park manager who refused to provide his name (Tim, which I later found out from the customer service employee Kingsley) and the slope managers name so I could report the incident and we were removed from the park and was told to they do not issue refund at the park and we would have me to dispute the refund with our bank. I have contacted Snowcat Ridge via phone 2 times and via email but have not received a response. Worst experience to date.
