I appreciate the excellent work this company did for me in Spring Hill, Fl.. The men that did the work were very professional and cleaned up all the debris . I would recommend this company if you need tree work. The only issue I had was that their equiptment that has a high lift arm so they can cut much higher up on trees, left a oil spot in front of my home. This equiptment should be maintained and repaired so the oil leak would be repaired

I see most commits are good ,, HOWEVER i was not pleased with 'ERIC '' the one owner ,and i must say his work crew did not speak English, fact # 1-2-3
1 -when i talked to ERIC on inspection i told him to do a complete job ,assuming fertilizer
but when i talked to him about the crew did not do it , he denied it an said it would cost more.
2-It was a month from time i called to ERIC getting to see me and another month getting job done
3-I do believe the price i paid $575.00 -was extreme but that's my fault and you should have more prices to consider.
SO I AM RELUCKTANT TO FULLY APPROVE OF MY EXPERIENCE ,BUT THATS WHY WE REVIEW !!!

Our crews have both Spanish speaking and English speaking personnel. Both are beautiful functional languages . I think my son was one on your job he is learning Spanish from his crew he may have been speaking Spanish but his first language is in fact English. I myself am bilingual and wish I was able to understand and speak more languages..
You deferred to me as the "expert " in what would be best for your viburnum hedge . There was some dieback and at least one dead within the hedge. My advice was to make sure that the irrigation system worked and was used in dry weather and that I would not recommend fertilizer as that could cause death in distressed trees. Rather to leave the organic matter beneath the hedgerow to "feed" it .
I understand that your expectation was different than my advice and the work I proposed to do.
As to the value, we are an arboriculture company with higher risks and costs associated with that than a landscape maintenance company would have , we are in no way trying to be the low budget company, and my memory says that I had asked you in my time spent evaluating and discussing your viburnum hedge why you didn't use a landscape maintenance company.
I do certainly apologize for the apparent lack of more clear communication and the long intervals between your request until the completion of your project . We are very busy and have a lead time of 8-10 weeks currently.
