DID A TRIAL STATED PAY ONLY FOR SHIPPING AND NOW IVE RECEIVED ANOTHER ORDER.I DONT WANT THIS ITEM.THEY NEED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND LET ME KNOW WHERE TO SEND THIS UNOPENED PACKAGE.I DIDNT AUTH THEM TO BILL ME FOR FURTHER ITEMSBusiness response

To whom it may concern ******************** signed up for the Avinol pm sleep aid through the 2 week trial on 04/27 and her order was shipped with tracking number 9400136110322922285374. Our websites terms advises that customers have two weeks to evaluate the product before they are billed for keeping it and placed on an autoship as well. She was charged ***** on 05/15 after the trial expired and later charged for 2 additional orders on 06/15/24 and 07/15/24. She called to cancel on 07/19/24 and requested to cancel and to return the last shipment for a refund where she was given an email with the return information and the *** details. Our records show that the customer also recently called on 07/23/24 with questions on the return process. We are awaiting the return to issue the refund for the last shipment.

I placed an order for an introductory offer for sleeping pills on 07/17/22 for a total of $7.90. On 8/5/22 they billed me for $79.95.On 8/9/22 I called to cancel the order as the pills were to big for me to swallow. I was told I had to return the rest of the product, which I did, minus the two I had taken out of the package. I sent them to the address given to me on 8/12/22 with the ****AP1606..I didnt hear anything from them in response to getting part of my $79.95 back so on 9/9/22 I called back and talked to ***** who said her supervisor would call back within 48 hours. I said I would contact the BBB if I hadnt heard by 5:00 pm that day. I did wait for the call. The only thing I could understand from ***** was that the credit had to be sent on the same credit card it had been charged to. In my case the card has changed and it needs to be sent to the new credit card number or by check to my address. Would you please check into this and find out why they didnt return my partial refund? I do not want to give my new debit card number as Im afraid they will charge me again for a new order. Customer called to cancel and requested to get refunded and was told to return the product back. Upon receiving the product back we attempted to issue a refund however it was declined. Most companies do not issue a refund to a seperate card or issue a check due to the fact disputes can be placed to the financial institution where a chargeback can occur and therefore the company will be double charged by having already paying the customer and also having to submit payment to the customers financial institution.
Customer called to cancel on August 9th, 2022, we received the order on August 18th and the refund was declined the same day. Means customer called to dispute with bank within 10 days instead of going through the process with us to allow her refund to be issued.

I did not dispute the charge with my bank. I did change my debit card as I did not want to take a chance I would be billed again.All I want is to receive my refund that is due sent to my address at : *********************************************************** 29212

They advertise a sample for 5.95,fine paid it .They dont send sample they send full order Then 2 weeks later you get a **** for ***** for a full order.If you dont stop them they will **** you monthly.I called them had to find number online number attatched to credit card charge no one answers.They say they will send return info and refund,I have instructed my credit card not to payBusiness response

I authorized a one time debit payment $5.95 11/8/2021 for a free trail sample of avinol pm. On 11/23 I was debited for 79.95. l called this company and was told that I could use this for 2 weeks and if I did not like it, l had to return it. This was not noted on anything at the time of purchase.Business response

There was nothing else about 2 weeks or being charged more. I did not find out about that until I called them on 11/22 when I saw I had that extra charge on my account. At that time I was told about that. The way I look at it, it's false advertising and I was not the only one who was scammed. I ordered what I believed was a free trial of a natural sleep aid. I was charged $5.95 for shipping and handling. A few weeks later my credit card was charged $79.95 and I had not ordered anything else. When I called the company they said that the information was on their website and they would not remove the charge. I would not have even ordered a sample if I had known that that would be the price if I decided to order more of it. It is an herbal product that would not cost even half that much anywhere else. I am 73 years old and still have to work full time. I cannot afford to be robbed in such a way. I have a high credit rating because I always pay my bills in full. These are absolutely deceitful business practices.Business response

There are many complaints very similar to mine which shows that there is a problem with the way this company does business. They said that to date I had not returned the product but they had told me it was too late to return it for a refund. If they were a reputable company they wouldn't have to deceive people with fine print. I should get a refund and the fact that they refuse to give it speaks to their character. I just hope others see the complaints and refrain from doing business with them. I thank the BBB for looking into this but more should be done to stop such deceptive practices.
