In 2021 I was about to purchase a machine from this company and I came across this site. After I asked the owner about the bad reviews, he hung up on **** had a friend who earlier this month, was about to buy a machine from this company. Luckily, he was able to get the serial number and we found that the unit was sold at an auction with over twice the hours on it than what it was being listed for. This is criminal activity.The deals seem too good to be true, because they are. Stay away.

everything is sold with actual hours unknown. Hourmeters are frequently changed and frequently break. it's not a perfect science. 

RED FLAG!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! PEOPLE HERE ARE RUDE CUZZ YOU OUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE RACIST AND THREATEN PEOPLE

this is a trucking company, not a customer!  (What does CUZZ mean?) We're not racist, we just prefer that use the English language correctly!

ALERT!!! This company sells STOLEN MACHINES! My husband and I purchased a skid steer from them only to find out that it was stolen about 1 year later while we brought it in for engine trouble. We called immediately to ask the company about this and were hung up on. This is severe negligence on their end and we caution you to never do business with this company.

We have the purchase invoice and the proof of payment. It is NOT our fault if a machine comes up Stolen. We sent you the invoice and the proof of purchase payment. Yet, you still leave us a bad review? We've been in business for 36 years. You think we would of lasted dealing in stolen goods?

We can't find this customer in our database and this person has NEVER done business with us. How does the BBB allow him to leave a review?

Purchases a "new" "heavy duty" skid steer attachment on eBay from this company and it broke within 10 seconds of first use. Now I'm out $1,500. Their response was, "sorry no refunds, sold as is." Do not do business with this company!

Customer has been completely refunded. We went out of our way to refund even though the customer damaged this item. How do you allow the customer to post negative remarks, even after we refunded them in full?

Let's be clear so the BBB and all potential customers who are considering doing business with this company have the facts. E-bay reviewed my dispute and found my case to be true and accurate, and therefore are requiring reimbursement to me. The company did not willingly reimburse me, not even close. Rather they have been narcissistically defensive, hateful, and unprofessional in every way possible.

The business said here on BBB, "We went out of our way to refund even though the customer damaged this item." Contrary to this statement, here's what they said on e-Bay, "It bent after use? sorry, not our fault. Sold as is. The buyer broke this item after he received it in perfect brand new condition. This item weighs 300 pounds and is VERY expensive to ship. He broke it. He owns it! Sorry no refunds. Sucker!"

Good businesses don't act this way to customers. Good businesses don't blame the customer. Good businesses don't lie and demoralize customers. Rather. When things go wrong, they should inquire and try to help resolve problems. This was not the case at all. I didn't damage the item, I used the item for it's exact and intended purpose and the steel frame bent within the first 30 seconds of using it. Items like this digging skid steer attachment I purchased, when built properly will never bend like this one did unless the manufacturing or engineering is faulty, which is clearly the case here.

This company has taken advantage of dozens if not more other people as clearly seen here on their (D-) BBB page, and they have tried to take advantage of me.

THIS IS A SIMPLE OPEN AND SHUT CASE. THE CONSUMER PURCHASE A BRAND NEW STEEL IMPLEMENT FOR HIS MACHINERY. HE BROKE IT, HE ADMITTED HE BROKE IT. THE ITEM WAS SOLD "AS IS - AS STATED" ON E-BAY AND CLEARLY STATES ON ALL OUR E-BAY LISTINGS, "SELLER DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. WE ARE NOT SURE WHICH PART OF THAT HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND. PEOPLE LIKE HIM, LIKE TO HIDE BEHINDE E-BAY'S LIBERAL PROTECTION POLICIES AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS LIKE US. HE IS NOT A GOOD PERSON! WE SELL 1000'S OF ITEMS A YEAR AND ONLY HAVE MAYBE 4 OR 5 COMPLAINTS. THEY COME FROM CONSUMERS LIKE THIS PERSON AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SYSTEM. THE GOOD THING FOR US, 4 OR 5 COMPLAINTS OUT OF THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF SALES OVER THE YEARS, AMOUNTS TO LESS THAN 1% OF UNHAPPY CONSUMERS. SOME PEOPLE, LIKE THIS PERFECT EXAMPLE, YOU JUST CAN'T MAKE HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT! PLUS THEY LIKE TRYING TO BEAT THE SYSTEM!

The anger in this company's response is continued justification of the way I've been treated as a consumer. I used the part for its intended purpose for 30 seconds, and the PART broke, not because I used it and mishandled it, but because it's junk. I have no interest in beating the system as he alludes. I, like any customer paying thousands of dollars for something sight unseen, expect an honest seller with a product they stand behind. This is not the case and he seems to enjoy the fight of it all. Spiteful, vindictive, unprofessional, dishonest, and greedy is the bottom line. Buyer beware.

this customer was completely refunded last week. Why are you allowing negative posts?
