Just completed the second leg of my move after storing my furniture and household goods with Solomon for 9 months. ***** and his crew were amazing and handled the move into our new home with professionalism and great care. I was so impressed and satisfied that I requested ***** and his crew to handle another move for me in just 3 weeks.

I had a highly disappointing experience with ******* and Sons. First, they grossly underestimated the cost of our move, which ended up costing us thousands of dollars more than initially quoted. ***** went to our home and walked through the whole house, garage and we discussed what was going and what was not being moved. We actually sold a lot of furniture and things that were in the original quote; we also packed a lot of boxes and closets that were in the initial quote. Additionally, the move took significantly longer than anticipated, causing considerable inconvenience for my family. The movers arrived around 10 AM and left at 11 PM on a Friday when they initially said it would take about 5 to 6 hours.A more disturbing issue arose when one of the movers behaved inappropriately towards my teenage daughter. He stared at her and made an inappropriate comment about her being beautiful, making her very uncomfortable, to the point of us having her leave the house and stay the day at a relatives house. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. When I raised this serious concern with management, nothing was done to address it or even provide an apology to us. I asked to speak to the ownership and the "customer **********************" person said that was not going to be possible. What a joke of a company.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service, how they handled the issues. I would not recommend ******* and Sons to anyone. I wish I could give it negative 5 review.

Worst moving experience ever!70% of my valuable furniture broken, from marble bases to glass coffee tables, paintings, chairs everything made of glass or ceramics or wood broken.There are no words to describe how I feel, just heart broken, I had these same pieces shipped from overseas to the *** and 2 times interstate and no damage at all. This company gave a good presentation and brochures but it turned out to be a misrepresentation to say the least. I took pictures of all the damaged and broken furniture sent a claim and received $102.00 .I called the company many times while the movers were opening my boxes to let them know about the magnitude of the destruction I was facing but I never got a call back from anyone from that company.

THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH EVER!!!!! From the easy to use website, to the direct attention from ***************, to the continuous communications throughout the process, ending with ** who delivered my goods all in one piece, GREAT JOB! ladies and gents.Moved from ******* to ******* to be with my ailing elderly parents and I was lucky enough to come across you guys. Everyone out there looking to move be it a local move or a long distance, these are the guys you have to call. Fair prices, no hidden fees. If you need to move long distance, please know this, the move wont be overnight, you will have to wait for your goods, but the wait its worth it. So, if you are moving and need a moving company that cares contact them or visit their website, you wont be disappointed. Thanks so much Solomon &Sons!

My team was ********************** and ****. They were so professional - polite and respectful of my possessions. Every item was safely wrapped and protected. Every request was met enthusiastically. No one enjoys moving but these guys really made it as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend. Just pay by cashier check or money order. Zelle was a disaster.
