I *********************** applied for a government tablet through qlink may 2023 never received it 2 weeks later was sent a sim card I called qlink asked I ordered a tablet not sim card they told me to use it in another electric device I sent it back never used it my Sim card was blocked by them where I can't call or text receive messages I called them about it they said they didn't do anything towards my phone also told me I don't have a account with them ************ on the sim card package if I don't have a account why is this saying different I want my phone unblocked by qlink I don't want their service or plan I want to stay with SafeLink I've already bought a tablet off of marketplace their also using ******** that they say their not affiliated with another lieCustomer response

I just received a sim card from q link in my mail after speaking with them the other day telling them I don't want their service or anything else to do with them, I want to stay with safe link since I enrolled in with them being SafeLink has the government benefits I have ,all im wanting is to have my Sim card unblocked and switched back to SafeLink that qlink changed , they lied about the tablet and I don't trust people that take advantage of old people as I am and changing people's plans just to get their businessBusiness response

Q link wireless is impossible to understand what is happening with my cell service that they receive money from the ************** for and I believe the money is not going to my cell account because I either have no service or very limited emergency service that they so kindly provide. I am signed up through them to both the *** and Lifeline programs. When trying to utilize set programs I just get redirected into a never-ending loop that eventually tells me that my password no longer works. They are stealing from thousands if not millions of poor families. What is the outcome to their madness? Is this just all part of the plan?Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no explanation as to why lifeline is not offered as I am qualified already. This is a ploy to get the poor trapped in a bill they cant afford. ******* is a very low income state and I live in an impoverished county. Without lifeline I am not able to continue to start my e commerce business. Why not *******. And why did q link wireless llc offer me free unlimited service for life when I signed up? There is plenty of money made selling my personal information to god knows who I just dont understand why people have to suffer so q link can make another 9.25 and bypass government regulations by not offering it in *******

7/2/2024 The first call was 2 months ago about a $25 amazon gift card that was said to be emailed, told to wait longer. it never came. today i was told that it was an old promotion that they will not be honoring because the mailer that offered it was old and they were just using them up. there was also a $10 amazon prime movie promo that i have emails with a nonexpired current date as well. why is the address exactly the same except the city and state for the headquarters location and the complaint location? this doesn't seem correct. i asked **** over their advertised promotions,Business response

The company advertises unlimited data then says you only have 4.5 gig of data but they dont even give that. My account was refilled hrs after the refill time then they didnt even give me the 4.5 but they were quick to try to upsell. The India worker even hung up on me in mid sentence.Business response

I recently got QLink Wireless for free through government assistance. I knew it wouldnt be the best quality since it was free, but I had no other option since I am broke and homeless. Ive now had it for about a month (reset yesterday, July 1st). The data is EXTREMELY slow, my options for web browsing are significantly limited, and when I was out of my 4.5 GBs last month, I couldnt even send/receive text messages without being on wifi; Ive had several plans prior to this and have run out of data in the past, but calls and texts were NEVER affected. Now, what really got to me is that my plan just renewed yesterday and I have been careful about using my phone at all, yet I received a notification that I used ALL of my data. I was shocked. I checked the app and I did not even use 200MB, yet they texted me a link, informing me that I had to purchase more data! This feels very much like a lie and a scam on their part! Please, all that I ask is for someone to look into this shady company!Business response

I tried to file a request for wireless service through Qlink Wireless. However, while I was filling out the forms, I was instructed to provide documentation to prove that I receive SNAP benefits. I had to locate the document that I could send in, so that took some time. However, in the time it took me to locate the document, the site took me back to the opening screen. When I tried to log in to continue the filing, I received a message telling me that I already have an account with *********************************************. I was told to log in with the email address that I had used before and use my zip code as a password. Something technical went awry obviously and I am asking to have it corrected so I can file.I have to mention that years ago, I tried to register with Qlink Wireless, but they didn't bother to tell me that I lived in an area not serviced by Qlink Wireless. That forced me to withdraw and I was angry that they didn't notify me right away; they had the information that would have signaled that I was not eligible for service. I broke no laws; Qlink Wireless failed and proved to be inefficient for not notifying me at once!Have added a document proving that I receive SNAP benefits, as I was required to submit in the online application.Business response
