Fusion Powder Coating has failed to meet the time deadline and has lost crucial components of my property that makes it unable to use. The wheel is for business use and the lack of having the wheel is causing direct damages to my business and its clients as well as being unsafe to drive a spare tire for extended periods of time. I have had multiple clients cancel services due to the vehicle being unsafe. I called and asked the staff for contact information and they refused. I went in person and asked the staff for the owner contact information or lawyer information and they refused. The staff told me to visit the website to get the information and the website is suspended which provides no information. I searched the company name on sunbiz and nothing came up either. Wheel Dropped Off 11/27/2023, Delivery Estimate in 3-5 Days I called on 12/04/23 after 1 week of not receiving pickup notification and nobody answered. I called again on 12/11 /23 after 2 weeks of not receiving pickup notification and nobody answered. I went to the business in person on 12/15/23 after not having success with the phone number. I was told by the staff that it was still not ready and I would have to come back on Monday to pick it up. I lost 3 hours of work on 12/15/23 when the establishment was not answering the phone and I had to drive up from ***** to get an update in person. I went to the business in person on 12/18/23 and the wheel was missing key components including the sensor assembly and missing the center cap which makes the wheel not able to be put to use. I lost 3 hours of work when I had to drive up from ***** to pick up the wheel and I waited standing outside for an hour while they searched for the lost property. I was told I would receive a call back later that day and I was never called. I called for an update on 12/19/23 and was not told a date or deadline on which the lost property will be replaced. Notice of damages affidavit was delivered in person on 12/19/23.
