This is **** *******, owner of the 97 Jag xk8 that has been your shop several times due to engine fluid leaks. I've Spent several thousand dollars at your shop to have these corrected, and yet as you can see in the pictures, leaks are still occurring. At this point, I'm exhausted with the situation not being corrected. So, that said I'm writing the bbb, notifying the state atty General and meeting with our atty tomorrow. I will be seeking a full return of the money I have paid your company, and the cost for rental cars that I have incurred, while waiting for the repairs to be correctly completed.

I took my car to four corners auto for repairs from an accident i was in, they were paid 9,498.02 to repair and replace parts on the vehicle, from may to july they had the car and didn't replace many of the parts, they left broken and damaged parts in the car that they were paid to replace, when I got the car back i took it to another shop and they told me that 3,000 dollars worth of parts were not replaced or repaired ( example the radiator was not replaced, it was leaking and all bent up when I got my car back) the horn was replaced with a horn from another vehicle, I was told they rewired my car, shaved the connectors to make it fit, the ac condensor was all twisted and dented up and they just put it back in the car, the impact bar and absorber which protects you in an accident was in pieces, they never replaced and I was told if I was in another accident I wouldn't have had any protection because it was already compromised, which is a safety issue, these are just a fraction of things they were paid to do and didnt, I've been trying to reach the owner for a receipt for completion of work and they will not give me one, I've asked for a refund so I can get my car fixed with no answer, I currently have no car because it still needs all this work done and the insurance will not give anymore money because they already paid the shop (which they pocketed the money) I just want to get my car fixed like I paid to have done, any help you can provide would be really appreciated Thank you for your time **********

On 11/03/21 I received my vehicle from four corners. They had the vehicle for 7 months to replace the motor. On the invoice I was charged approximately $350 for new shocks. After getting the vehicle home I inspected it and found out that the shocks had not been installed. I have a photo. The original estimate was approximately $5000 and upon completion it was approximately $8000 total. I spent $600 on a pair of headers to be installed and they severely damaged them on install. The battery keeps dying and after taking it back they stated they had fixed the problem. My car is currently parked on the street because it will not start and or run and has a dead battery once again. After spending this amount of money one would think that I would be able to drive my car. They took off the transmission pan to replace a detent cable. They replaced the pan but didn't use a sealer so it leaks. I took it back and they tried to retighten it but the leak continues. They said they had to order parts. That was 2 weeks ago. They also claimed they changed the filter when they had the pan off. I got tired of waiting and have since repaired the leak myself only to find the pan was full of crud they never cleaned out before reinstalling it and the filter had not been replaced. While my car was under their care there was some body damage done also.
