WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... My daughter and I went to get a full set/fill and 2 pedicures. 5 hours later we were finished. They gave us both 2 new girls. I should have known at that point but I didn't pick up on it. The girl doing mine chopped my nails so bad, all different lengths, crooked and only to be moved to someone else to apply the acrylic and attempt to correct the mistakes. My daughter however, was a whole different story. Not only did the girl destroy her full set, she couldn't even paint a line. My daughter asked for a simple tip to be the color with a black line. Normally, this is never an issue but she couldn't polish, there were bubbles, gaps , holes in the acrylic and also clumps of acrylic. The pedicure took her over one and a half hours to do. As I was watching her apply the gel to the toes, I noticed that we put 3 coats on one foot before we used the gel light. There were bubbles in the paint and it was completely uneven. I finally spoke up and they pulled her off the job. Only to discover she never cleaned cuticles nor did she trim nails, etc. What a freaking disaster. Sure they gave us 20 bucks off each, but that is crazy. 250.00 later, my day completely wasted, and I had to cancel a job and lost money. I will say this is the short version of this catastrophe but the bottom line is we will never go back. They got 1 star because we couldn't give a negative rating. Do not waste your time and read the other reviews. This place needs to be closed!!!
