I placed two orders with goldenbrownskinllc, one on December 29, 2021 and another on January 8, 2022. The first order totaled $316.12 and the second one totaled $142.13. My items came late . On the website it says there is a 7-14 day shipping process. My items came 16 days late. When my stuff arrived everything was a mess my body oils and butters were leaking all out in the box . The box had oil stains in it . Everything was not package very well. I also noticed that I was missing 12 items between my two orders. I contacted the company about my concerns, and the company responded to me by saying that I was not missing any items from my package. I informed the owner about every product that I was missing and she responded to me by saying " all orders have insurance, once they are taken out of my hands it is now the responsibility of usps & you must follow up with them about how your package was handled & delivered if you have any concerns". So I followed her instructions and I notified the post office. USPS told me that the sender did not purchase insurance on the items so it wasn't anything that they can do for me. They told me that the sender only purchased parcel select, which only includes tracking. The owner ripped me off she charged me $49 for shipping for the first order and $25 for the second order. USPS sent me documentation that she only paid $7.32 for shipping each package. She advertised one thing and does another thing. On her website it says that all orders are purchased with insurance and there are not purchased with any insurance. The owner is very unprofessional and showed no concern about me missing my items. The owner lied to me on several occasions. The owner sold me items that she didn't have. She told me that she did not have some of my items. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.
