I purchased a product from this company back in October 2021, I never receive the delivery so I contacted the company to assist, after numerous email for help they decided to file a claim with *** on my behalf since I was not able to. The claim was approved back in December 2021 since *** accepted responsibility that the package was never delivered not me. It's now March and I have yet to obtain a refund. This company doesn't not provide updates, you have to keep sending them numerous messages since they do not have a direct phone number. There customer service is horrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any companyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/06) */ This customer purchased products worth $380 from our website. Keep in mind, we purchased this label with signature tracking like we do for every order that is over $250. The *** tracking website shows the package was delivered and signed by ************, who is the customer. A few days later, we got an email from the customer stating she didnt receive her package. We called *** and they confirmed this package was personally delivered to her. We decided to file a claim with *** via Shopify, along with other customers' claims, which was finally approved January 2021. They advised we would receive the check in 10 to 14 business days. When we didnt receive the check in February, we contacted Shopify and they advised the checks were shipped to our old mailing address in Florida. We moved to Houston last year. After providing them with our new address, they advised the checks will be reissued and sent to the correct address, but all this would take up to 8 weeks, which we have explained to Ms ***** over and over again. When we receive the check from ***, we will redund her swiflty. We have uploaded all evidence for this case. Thank you. They are aware the my package was not delivered because I provided them and the ups with documentation to suffice such, , I was the one that ask for their assistance to initiate the claim since there was information needed that I couldn't provide. So in addition to a swift refund I would also like updates from them if this process prolongs. The same way *** provides them with updates and information on where the funds are it's only fair that I'm kept in the loop as well, Because despite there email back in November that assured me they will provide Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/14) */ The customer did not provide ANY info proving her package was not delivered. There is NO proof from her at all. The *** tracking website simply shows the package was delivered to her. Hence why we are waiting for the check before we can issue a refund. We will love to see the proof she is referring to be submitted to BBB. We simply cannot issue refunds that shows "delivered" because we have had customers lie about this situation several times, which we have proof for. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide every single update from Shopify/*** because we have thousands of customers to respond to and a ton of packages to ship. Like we have advised earlier, when we have useful updates, we will email the customer and when the refund check gets to us, we will refund the customer swiflty. It is so funny that the company cannot provide update or respond to emails but they respond to these emails so promptly. I would have to 5 emails to get one response within weeks or months, However here is my proof I provided in order for you to file the claim. One 10/21/21 you claim the product was delivered however the receipt from *** shows that we were not home and left the notification on my door that they would be back the next day but no one came back. So if the left a note on 10/21/22 did they also deliver that same package on 10/21/21.
