      I booked this place last April and paid my deposit. I was supposed to receive a link to pay the balance in January but they never sent it. I finally contacted them March 2 to ask them to let me pay. They sent me the link and two days later they cancelled my trip for non payment and refuse to refund my deposit. I fully intended to pay the rest, I assumed that since they were two months late sending me a link to pay that I would have more than two days to pay. Read the other reviews this is not a reputable place, they will rip you off, and VRBO was no help.

      This company and agent Andy don't deserve any stars. My reservation was canceled 8 days before check in as they claim the villa was double booked. This reservation was book in Nov of 21 by Andy thru the ****** messenger. They offered a home of lesser value oe to cancel . I was in a active chat with Andy and he canceled and refunded my money living me without a villa and refuse to replay to any other messages. Don't book with this company on any platform read reviews ¡

      We arrived on a Sunday and had no access to the Wi-Fi and none kid the 9 tvs worked.

      I called but reached an emergency only line. Not having Wi-Fi was not an emergency so I called back the next day.

      It took until Tuesday night to get access to the Wi-Fi and to have 1 tv operational. The remaining 8 tvs are slated to be fixed tomorrow (Thursday between 5-6). We leave on Saturday.

      I have called the office at least twice daily to get this matter resolved and the story about the cable boxes being under different accounts and assigned to different owners sounds ridiculous.

      At this point, being this stupid is intentional.

      The general appearance was disgusting (as the pics can show).

      Many things broken, trash left behind from previous guests, stains on towels and linens, dishes dirty and stained and the door was wide open when we got to the house.

      This company has a ******** page dedicated to bad reviews. And the owner, Andy, has been difficult since before we arrived.

      Our stay was changed from 7 days to 6 (still not sure why) and they initially refused to refund the 7th day.

      We were eventually able to use that money to heat the pool for the week.

      If we didn't heat the pool, the hot tub would not have been heated.

      They also switched the house we had originally booked to a different house.

      Avoid executive villas at all costs.

      Most of our vacations consist of lodging in privately owned homes. Never a problem! From day one I complained of no towels, soiled linen, filth in the theater room, the pool pumps not filtering, need I continue. After a four-night stay (September 2021) things were still not addressed. Adding insult to injury, the Monday after our Sunday return, I received an email stating that my guests and I had broken the panel on the fireplace. Impossible being that my husband and I walked the unit, as usual, before leaving. Needless to say, they charged our credit card a large amount of money without providing any form of verification of charges and proof as requested. This company's behavior was so bizarre that I had to do some research; and woe, so many people had the same experience with this company. When I read that someone else had been charged for something they didn't do, I had to take action. Don't take my word, check out, **********, Yelp and no doubt there're others with similar stories. Honestly, I feel that I have been a victim of a scam. I've reached out to the owner via certified mail; received but no response yet. It was suggested by my credit card company that, with so many others with related experience, I should reach out to the Attorney General's (AG) Office in my state and the state of Florida. And since there's money involved, the FTC as well. I attempted to provide an email address for your verification; however, I was not allowed. No one should have to go through such agony, especially when they're trying to have a safe vacation from COVID as with my family. Each state has an AG. Contact yours or legislative representative to contact Florida's AG on your behalf. Totally unethical and possibly criminal.

      Booked back in May a villa for August, 2021. 3 weeks before we are due to arrive we get an email stating our reservation has been cancelled due to owner no longer renting the property. This has left us in a bind trying to find another rental that meets our needs. The company is saying it will take 20 days and they have to mail a paper check to get my refund. I inquired about acc refund and was told not possible, I have to have a check mailed. This is an absurd policy, I paid in full over $1700. On my cc, my refund should be in full in a timely fashion to my cc. I will NEVER do business with this company
