I do not usually write reviews on companies but this has single handedly been the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I hired them to clean my commercial space bi-weekly a month ago. On the first service - they showed up two hours late - and tried to cancel with me upon arrival in front of my face. They ended up doing a poor quality rushed cleaning and left with haste. On the second pre-scheduled service they didn't show up at all. Not only did they not show up but they failed to call me or advise me that the cleaning had not been done. I received no phone call or service for the following three weeks and have still not received an answer as to what is going on. Every time I call their service line the same person answers and either puts me on hold indefinitely or fails to advise what is going on with my situation - and promises to find a solution. A solution is never found and I never receive a phone call back from them. I have been told multiple times that this issue has been passed on to his boss, but with no solution. This last time I called I was told that the issue was passed from boss's boss - the supervisor - but again - I have received no solution. I'm just at a loss. I was told this was the best cleaning service in Broward. It is absolutely the WORST cleaning service you can use and quite possibly the worst company and employees I have ever worked with. Zero customer service or care towards their customers.
