      Technician came out for quote on window glass replacement. Required 50% up front ($275). Said he would be back to replace in 7-10 days. Today is 14 days and all I can reach is a dispatch center and no call back. There is no office or manager to speak with. I am not confident that I am not being scammed.

      November 8, ***3, SFL Sliding Doors Naples repaired a sliding door for me. Door needed new sliders which they installed and I paid them $779.99 on Invoice #***. On January 13, 3024, the door leaked during rain. It had never leaked before so I called SFL on January 13 and 17, ***4 to report damage. Woman (Shillong-sp) answered and had *** call me back. *** did the original repair with an assistant. *** alone came to my home January 23, ***4, acknowledged the leak and said he would order necessary part to fix it. Following phone calls on Febuary 5 and 12, ***4, April 3 , 4 and 17, ***4, during which ******** -sp- assured me her manager would get back to me THE DOOR STILL LEAKS AND NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME. Rainy season starts now and I need it fixed.

      The repair man was here less than hour stated he was replacing four rollers. It seems he only used 2 new rollers, when I asked where they were he had put one in his car and only one on my trash can. Perhaps I misunderstood him and he was only using two. He was here one hour and charged $450.00 for labor, parts $75.00 .Certainly overpriced. I would never recommend this company.

      Good morning *****,

      The technician that arrived to your location yesterday explained to you everything that needed to be done and went over prices with you.

      You agreed to the prices before he started the job. That technician is very professional and it took him around 1 hour to finish the job.

      The time is takes for him to do the job does not have anything to do with the price, however it was the parts he used for the job, the labor for the job and the liability on the glass. 

      The prices above are not accurate and not the prices you were given, as we have sent you the invoice with the prices. 

      We are a very professional company and very reasonably priced and want all our customers to be satisfied.

      You also claimed that he only used 2 new rollers. As soon as we heard that, we reached out to the technician and told him to come bring the rollers that he replaced.

      Attached is a picture of the 3 other rollers that were replaced. The technicians are advised to not use the customers trash and to bring all trash back to the warehouse.

      Also, I attached a picture of the call log. We tried to contact you multiple times after you hung up the phone on ** while trying to resolve this issue.

      We still want to resolve the issue for you. 

      Please let ** know how we can communicate with you, as you are not answering any of our calls since hanging up.
