This place has the absolute worst customer service. I booked a rage room for my son’s 19th birthday. They had all of their group of friends take the day off of work to attend. They arrived a few minutes late. ********* kept me on the phone for 12 minutes telling me how these kids weren’t going to be able to fill their waivers and put their safety gear on as well as get the safety rule information in time. She kept me on the phone unnecessarily when everyone was there waiting. They could have perfectly filled out the waiver while she was wasting my time on the phone and then another 10-13 minutes for what they needed, allowing 30 minutes of time in the rage room yet all she did was stall and again, waste time. She was rude and did not for one minute sympathize that it was the actual day of my son’s 19th birthday. These kids were so looking forward to this. I really can’t believe that instead of helping make it happen, she talked over me, gave me attitude, stalled and just didn’t care to make it happen. I will be sure to never step foot in here and make sure no one I know does either. Do better! I begged and asked for assistance to make it happen and ********* was not in the least bit accommodating. She didn’t give an actual damn. Disgusting customer service! The last appointment time is 8:30pm but they told me an 8:15pm reservation was pushing it! So how does that make any sense! It feels like they pick and choose who they provide business to. There was no need to make it so difficult. It feels racist to be honest! I read other reviews stating the same and I think they were right!
