            I had an SBA business purchase loan through Fundex. I alerted them I was working on refiance and provided 30 day notice, and updated 5 day payoff amounts. I refinanced the loan approximately Jan 12 and confirmed the payoff wire arrived. Fundex automatically withdrew the normal monthly mortgage payment Jan 14, a payment they were not entitled to as the loan was completely paid off. I have requested refund of the now excess loan payment. I have not received a response yet.Fundex would randomly ask for update documentation on my insurance coverages 6 months after the annual renewal of my policies, and during my busiest time of year. The loan anniversary and insurance renewals happened at the same time, so it was frustrating to get demanded paperwork mid fiscal year instead of near renewal dates. I am looking forward to a better relationship with my new lender.
