On day 1 , 8/17, he said it was as he suspected. Project done 8/22.The day that tropical storm Eta November, less than 3 months after "waterproofing", water poured in from the window by the sliding glass door, softening and loosening up the drywall so that the window shade fell out and water pooled on the window sill and floor. I wish I could upload the video I took.I texted the pictures to Mario ********************** of the damage. He tried to blame it on the pet door that no longer existed. I informed him it was removed and replaced by sliding glass doors a few weeks after he completed the work on my house. No sane person would blame that that level of damage to a pet door. I never heard from him after that as he chose to ignore my subsequent plea to fix this damage.Other areas that were supposed to have been waterproofed, east-facing wall, south-facing wall, were obviously not waterproofed as they show signs of water damage (see attached photos). This whole job has been one big scam.Mario lied about his expertise and took advantage of me. I am seeking a full refund of $2608.00 in so I may afford to have another contractor repair this mess.
