      Ordered a firearm online from The Safety Gun Shop in *****, ******* on March 6, 2023. The seller requested the $550 payment via PayPal Friends and Family. Instead, I sent the PayPal payment as Goods/Services. I received an invoice via email that said the purchase would be shipped on the following day. The seller subsequently refused to ship the item unless I changed the payment to indicate Friends and Family which I declined to do. After several back-and-forth conversations with the seller, I advised the seller that I would contact PayPal for instructions on how to proceed. Upon contacting PayPal, I was instructed to advise the seller to reverse the transaction. The seller has not answered my subsequent telephone calls and has not reversed the charges for the transaction. Upon researching your website, I was able to determine there are multiple complaints against this vendor for the same fraudulent practices.

      I purchased a firearm online from the Safety Gunshop. I sent $420.00 through Zelle to ************************************* I received a call from ************, the Safety Gunshop. I was told I need to ***** the money to ***********************************. I would receive a 5% discount, so send $400.00. The Zelle email was *************************** The caller said he received the money, and he would ship out the firearm out on Tuesday 10/25/2022. 10/28/2022 I emailed him back and said the firearm hasn't arrived and I asked how he shipped and asked for a tracking number. I never received a response. I then proceeded to contact the woman I sent the money to ***********************************. No response from her either. I then started to search for the cell number ************. I found it connected to a linkedin page posted by *********************** a Marijuana Activists and Entrepreneur, but also on his page is the cell number ************ and his picture. I knew then I had the person. I contacted *********************************** by email and told her I knew all about ***********************. Then she responded, saying "he ****** responds to me either. I did my part so please stop contacting me". I told her to Zelle my $400.00 back. She responded, " I don't have the $400 anymore he does". Then I texted the cell number he is using ************, I said "I want my money back ***********************. No response, I texted a few more times. Then he responded with "your gun was shipped sir and you will receive your gun". I told him I didn't believe him, he said it was shipped and I would receive it. I ask for his FFL#, but never received a response. *********************************** keeps telling me she didn't do anything, and he hasn't answered her since Thursday. I have found where ************************** lives and another cell phone for him.******* ************************** 42yrs old address ***************************************************************** ************ ************ Accomplice ****************************************** Certified Nurse Aide ******************************************************** *****

      Ordered a Gun from This site: https://www.safetygunshop.com They emailed me to pay with Zelle for 5% discount I get the invoice and pay the individual. Then ghosted. No response whatsoever, I find it strange so I look into it deeper and find this company has been scamming hard working Americans out of their hard earned money.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND https://www.tacticalarmoryshop.com ITS ALSO FAKE.If youre reading this you scam artist refund my money, there is no gun, no bs lie that you sent it. Just give me my money back!

      I ordered and paid $665 for a Kimber K6 revolver from this fraudulent company 8/4/22, received and invoice confirming my payment and made arrangements through the proper channels to receive my revolver with ************************, an authorized dealer, then they stopped answering calls, email, and text. I repeated traded emails with a fake individual named ************************* and ***** on their info email and text. I did more research on the company address listed at ************************************************** only to find it is an empty building that used to be a **************** This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD!! All they do is steal money and then never answer any communications after they receive the payments. There should be criminal charges filed against them and the website should be shutdown. I filed a report with the ***** ICCC division as well. I would withdraw all of my complaints for a simple refund, which ***** said in email he has submitted but I have not heard or see anything from them after this one line email stating so.

      On May 9, an online purchase was made from Safety Gun Shop, *****, **.Payment was acknowledged as received and info transmitted as to shipment.Repeated (6) calls to the shipper and the shop resulted in recurring "holds" on the phone (with subsequent hang up). No resolution. Residence phone was diverted to shop answering machine (NO personal response) for over seven (7) weeks. Contact was made using cell phone (4 calls) and was told same story...."we'll check with the shipper". The phone efforts continued once or twice a week since mid-June, 2022 until late July.Final contact made in late July, 2022 and was told they would refund money as item had been returned to them from shipper. When asked how they would handle the refund, was told they needed to check, put on "hold"; which went to disconnect.
