Where to start???The abuses of a group of people who take advantage of the person who is on the other side of the line for their own gain?A customer service representative who denied provided me with a document needed for a claim to recover my brand new furniture that were damaged in the most miserable and savage way? or the idiot who said to be a very honest man at the moment of taking the business when he knew the evil behind?I invite anyone in here who want to join me in a law *** for the damages caused.These people are like in the Stone Age when it comes to providing care and services for their clients.BE AWARE!!!!!RUN!!!!!FIRST:- Brand new Matresses coming from ***** to **********: dirty, sucking wet.- brand new beds: broken, scratched, broken screws from the force that was put on it. Instead of a s******* the beds.. they broke the screws in two pieces to be able to unas San le the bed.- broken dressers.- scratch wooden tables.- missing pieces.*****, the owner, I am assuming since she refused to provide the document to be able to start a claim, was the most awful, evil person during the process.I never got help. Assistance or anything in between.I lost thousands of dollars!!Furniture I still paying for.Truly evil people here!!!

Since the movers were so nice and careful with our belongings during the transfer, I recommend them. Looking for a move with the fewest hassles possible?

Filed a claim against True American Van lines for missing and damaged items..Took two months to hear that they are not responsible for anything we filed. they quoted us 5900.00 and ended up paying for the useless trust in moving our items.Plus they charged us 4000.00 more .They did not take any care of our items..Broken,scratched.dented,crushed,missing some valuables…Why are they in business..Do not trust these scavengers..They will beat you at their game..Full of heartache and stress right now .Don’t deserve any stars

It was the easiest move of my whole life, everything went smoothly, and none of my possessions were harmed or damaged.

In my opinion, PURE EVIL. Everything wrong with American business can be found here .Grifters at every level: Salesmen, so-called customer service ***** ************ accounting, driving and delivery. All rude, crude, and disdainful of their customers, including deliberate misrepresentation and disrespect for the customers' property. A disgrace to the industry. FIND SOMEONE ELSE ! Why even one star?

Exactly on time and excellent service. Despite underestimating the size of our move, they were very professional and stuck to the quoted price.

What they promised and what actually happens are 2 different things. Poor communication between brokers and subcontractors. Pool table slate not crated or our marble tables. Not enough man power to move hot tub so my husband had to help. Muraway Movers were involved at they were awful because the communication from True American didnt happen accurately.I should have used Allied.No one will call me back.

Trustworthiness of True American Van Lines was excellent. They showed there when they said they would and got right to work. My sincere recommendation is True American Van Lines for everyone.

The moving crew was helpful, kind, and responded quickly. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Excellent move!

I have already recommended them to several friends and plan on using them again when I move in a few months!
