I have tried to get a refund for over 60 days of 750 dollars for a returned module. I was told it would take 30 days then told 40 days .This has been going on since Nov 23 2023.. Support people say I need to talk to ****. ******** says talk to **** I have talked numerous times for her to say she will get with booki keeping. I have sent emails. Now I can't seem to get anything but voice-mail from her and no answering of the business phone for the most part. Sometimes they answer saying hi Mr ******** they know I'm calling. I want my refund

They are crooks their ECM did not work returned it would not refund my ****** no one in ******* would help or even care do not deal with them

Stay away from this place! I paid for there repair service on ***** I sent in my old computer from my 02 Dodge cummins and they called me telling me it was unrepairable. They offered me one of there computers. I paid almost $900.00 for it. Once I received it I installed it. My truck would hardly run all of my gauges were bouncing back and forth plus I had over 12 codes all dealing with the Ecm. So I sent it back they wouldn't respond to my emails so I called and talked to a ****. She cut me off on the phone when I told here what was going on and she told me they were sending another computer out. Once I received this one I hooked it up and absolutely nothing this time. The truck just cranks. After doing diagnostics and contacting A local Dodge dealership to run the codes. The second Ecm doesn't even have a program on it. So now I'm out almost $900.00 and I have a truck that's dead in the water. When ******* called me regarding the negative feedback I left on **** she told me they were supposed to ask me if i wanted my old computer back since it was unrepairable. She told me they just throw them away. This place is an absolute scam!!

I am from ***** and this company is a fraud, do not use them , they give bad parts and they don't work They lie about your refund then they stop answering their phone. Pass the information, post it on ******** and any were you can help other peoples from getting schemed from these users.

FRAUD WARNING!!! They will never refund your purchase. I talked to both ***** and **** multiple times before and after returning the item and both told me the refund will be processed. I ordered on 01/23/2023 and still do not have a refund as of today 06/06/2023.

We paid over $900 for a item from them it was the wrong one so we returned it in less than the 14 day period and they said we would be refunded in 3-4 days. Nothing then it was they needed a 25% restocking fee to put it on the shelf. Also we are out money from that. Then they said 20 days before we get our refund and that was well over 20 days ago and they keep saying the boss isnt in they will tell him and its been that excuse for a week or so now and this company is horrible. We have no taken it to the fraud department at our bank.

We purchased an Engine Control Module on May 20, 2021 from AutoModule Source through Ebay for $634.94 . The unit was faulty, we contacted them, they requested we send it back and and told us that we could purchase another ECM from their company with additional programming that would work. We were trusting their expertise and purchased this second ECM at a much higher cost of $1,489.00. This second ECM worked for a short time (hours) and then quit working. Our company was told that there would be a 25% restocking fee for this second ECM that was ordered if we returned the product. Our business should not be responsible for paying any percentage on a part that is faulty.
In the mean time, we did purchase another ECM for the same vehicle from another company at a much lower cost and it works perfectly.
We sent back the ECM to Auto Module Source and they took the 25% restocking fee out of our refund. Why are companies being penalized such a significant amount of money, when Auto Module Source products are faulty?!? That means we paid over $400 for a part that doesn't work. Unbelieveable! Do not use Auto Module Source they will hold you to that 25% restocking fee, reguardless if they send you a faulty unit.
