******* **** with Mercury Auto Transport was fantastic. Worked with me to make sure that my vehicle transport was smooth, fast, and safe. Frankly, I was amazed at just how efficiently it was accomplished and with no unpleasant surprises. The only surprise was just how well everything went. My vehicle was delivered halfway across the country in just a little over 24 hours. Amazing service!

Overall, this was successful experience. *****************************, Senior Logistics Agent at Mercury, and *********************** with Mercury's ********************** were very helpful throughout the process. We needed to ship my daughter's car from ********** to *******. The pick-up and delivery dates needed to fall within a certain timeframe. The carrier picked up the car two days ahead of schedule. They provided a way to track the car's location through an online Bill of Lading site. However, the day the car was scheduled to be delivered in *******, I noticed the car was still in **********. I called the carrier and was reminded the delivery date was an estimate and the actual delivery could be within two days of the scheduled date. I then spoke with ********, who contacted the carrier to expedite the delivery between 5pm and 8pm the following day. That estimated timeframe passed, and I was concerned there would be further delays. ******** was available via text and assured me he would contact the carrier to get an update. Thankfully, the car was delivered near midnight. Ideally, the car would have been delivered on the schedule date without any need for me to contact the carrier or the agent for an update. However, I understand there are numerous factors at work that could cause delays and I was glad to have an agent like ******** to assist when needed. I will likely ship this car and other cars in the near future. I now know firsthand what to expect. I am happy with Mercury's service and will call on them again.
