After sending an online form for submission of a baseball card for grading, I followed directions for mailing the card. I sent it insured on 11/09/2023. It was signed for and received at BMG on November 13t. The card was a 1923 W515 *************************. I have called dozens of times to no one answering the phone except for 3 times. One time I was told to text them which I did. The second time I spoke to ************** who told me he would get the card out. The third time I was hung up on. I have texted many times but received no response. I sent a certified letter which had its green card P S form 3811 signed for and returned to me showing date of delivery of 4/19/24. Yet the letter itself was returned as undeliverable as addressed unopened. It was delivered but they returned it. I just want my card back graded or not.Initial Complaint

Purchased a 1959 ************************* "***" ******** #*** graded by BMG at auction for $410 plus the 23% auction fee.Upon receiving the item, it was apparent that this card was no where close to a gem 10, so I chose to send to a reputable company for regrading.I just received the card back from CGC and it was graded as an Excellent 5. This is due to the fact that the card is off center both left to right and top to bottom, corners are slightly rounded and coloring is somewhat faded.Obviously, the company has committed fraud by suggesting this is a Gem 10 which drove the price up. I was not the only bidder. The card is included in my complaint.I am requesting a return of my funds and will return the card to them upon receipt.Initial Complaint

I recently sent *********** for grading. ($1095) *** reached out to the company multiple times. No answer no email no call back. The guy (***********************) runs an auction site and a card grading company. I didnt realize when I sent the cards out for grading that the same guy owned both businesses which seems to be a conflict of interest because he can falsify a cards grade and then put them in a auction to fetch higher values for said graded cards. As I stated I sent the grading company a batch of cards to be graded only to call and the guy answer the phone merchantman auctions then like coughs and adds and BMG grading how can I help you. I had an issue with the original address which prompted me to call them. Then I was given an address to a P.O. Box to ************* to. This was September 5th its now almost the end of October and have not received any word from the companyBusiness response

We are very sorry for the delay. We are working diligently on ************' order. We have been extremely short staffed over the past few months and trying very hard to get everything processed and out to our customers. I surmise that we will be done with ************' order by the end of next week. Again we are sorry for the delay.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The order was placed early September. I paid the fee prior to sending the 73 cards. Had an issue at the post office talked it over with **** Got the package sent. Months went by and never heard anything filed a complaint with ****. And his excuse for never responding to me about my order was because he was short staffed. That was in October I believe and he said my order would be shipped within two weeks tops. Now here we are almost half way through December and he still is not replying to any form of contact. And I still dont have my property yet. It is basically like he stole my cards and my $1095 upfront payment. I sent out 73 cards that should have EASILY been worth more than $5000.
Sincerely,
