Ive Been Trying to Contact Someone from the *************** for almost a year Ive been calling non - stop for the last month and leaving voicemails. I called and ask for the Manager and was given the runaround by a male and female employees first he was in a meeting then he was no longer on property within 3 minutes. I asked for the managers Name and contact was once again put on hold. So I went online looked up the Managers name **************************** and called back A Superior Towing in Davie asked for him by name At which point I was put on hold then they terminated the call while I was waiting

I am e licensed ******* dealer that had a car stolen and sent to this facility. I was told to bring the title OR notarized sales agreement. Obviously for individuals that do private transaction because we dont get notarized purchase orders when we buy from any dealership. I brought the reassigned title, purchas order, sunbiz and my dealers license. These jokers told me I had to have a notarized purchase order and wouldnt release my car. I call the ***** police who proceed to show up and get free coffee and chat in private while I wait in the heat. After having the dealership send a copy of the same purchase order, they release my car. Sure seemed like there is no desire to be helpful as they profit from a controlled business with the cops in their pocket. Sad to have to go through this.

This company is one of the worst i ever experienced in my life the attitude of the management is absolutely disgraceful the way they threat costumers its unacceptable. They should be shut down immediately because they have your car they think they are superior to everyone else and charging ridiculous fees just because they can, unlawful and utterly shameful that they still operate to this day .

PLEASE READ! I know this is a bit long, but you must hear what I have to say, especially if you're' looking for a trusted company with your vehicle, you and/or a relative in a position needing towing help.

My mom who lives in Plantation, FL was stuck in her car, in the rain while going to a medical appt. Her car was not working over a week or so ago and her battery was replaced, and it was suggested she get an alternator. I live about 3 hours away and was trying to work with her Insurance Agent to get her towed, but was actually told my mom or I had to find a tow agency on our own. For about a hour, I GOOGLE'd over 14 towing agencies. I went through every towing company in and around where she was stranded and no one answered their phone or their message center was full. Many numbers were "disconnected." This all the while I was on the phone with my sister, her neighbor, and trying to make her feel ok. Out of those 14 tow companies I tried to contact, only 2 others actually answered the phone, some numbers were no longer in service, or they could not get a truck there till the next day.

It was A Superior Towing that actually picked up and on the second ring. It was ******* She was so kind and friendly. I felt in the few seconds I was speaking with her, her spirit made me feel she took my need as a need worth taking. She immediately understood what an emergency I had and she became just as concerned for my mom. She contacted her driver while on the phone with me, dispatched him, and he immediately showed up within about 30 minutes; which is unheard of (especially in the rain). It was *******. who arrived to pick my mom up with her car. He was patient because my mom was still in her car in the rain and he couldn't find her. He stayed with me until they found one another. When they finally found each other, my mom said he was so nice, friendly, professional, and she felt very safe. She also said he was cute...haaa. ***** actually called me back when ***** was on the way, when he arrived, and after he dropped my mom off at her house with her car. I trusted them without even really knowing them and I was very concerned about her getting home and with her being confident about going with a stranger, since it was my mom. I was so pleased with their caring, friendly and truly professional service. I do not hope ever, but if so, I will contact them for service in the future if I need towing for my mom or family.
