My TV won't come on and off tried to contact Samsung on several times to file claim they told me that they had no way of tracking my TV by serial number gave them both serial and model number was supposed to be ***** hour turn around it was more like ***** hours turn around and then I had to call them back they didn't complete something on their end then they forced sending a technician to my house when I told them that me and my kids have been diagnosed with breathing problems and didn't trust their technician who goes from house to house to service TVs with all of the different diseases going on .Samsung to me is a rip off and I want be doing anymore business with them in the future and they don't back their warranty I am a disabled veteran and this whole process has added to my PTSD and has caused me more depression and anxietyInitial Complaint

bought samsung laptop at ******** It failed 38 days later. Have had nothing but runarounds from samsung. My name is, amazingly, misspelled. "please enter (25-digit) product code - - I'm sorry, I didn't get that. Please reenter (25-digit) product code." Ultimately receive *** label to return it. *** wants $10 to ship a defective product to somewhere in **********. Not in my lifetime. Now I get exactly what *************************** are doing to aid dirty-dealers: what address? What city? Thanks, BBB - how much stock do you own in samsung? Sorry, can't help, unresponsive, and do not respond to this email. Product is still at a hotel desk somewhere maybe. I travel & can waste no further time with monkey-see, monkey-do manufacturers. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT WAS MADE, OK? Purchased in ********** about 50 days ago.Initial Complaint

Bought a 65" Samsung tv last November. It lasted 4 months and the picture quit. Called Samsung they walked me through trying to reset the tv, but nothing worked. They order a new 65" screen, 2 new computer boards and 2 new wiring harnesses. Took 11 days for the Tech and parts to come to my house to try to repair my tv but nothing worked. 3 days later I called Samsung **************** to complain and talked to a women named Larize on 4/4/2022. I explained my situation and she said I was getting a new TV. She put me on hold twice to confirm with someone that I will be getting a new TV. She said someone was to call me the next day with details. The next day someone did call but to make arrangements to have the tv fixed further. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was helping another customer but after 10 minutes i was told the supervisor was in a meeting and could not talk to me but would call me back later today.Initial Complaint

This is a follow through on a complaint made but was not able to respond in a timely manner was out to serve activated in the ** Airforce. Last Complaint # ******** For a Bad screen Samsung TV Samsung Ticket was **********/under warranty TV model: UN65TU700FXZA Symptoms: Dead pixels/line and spot Looking to get assistance on how and what parts to buy, To have it fixed TVs a little pricy looking to get tech support
