Josh answer my call and was very short then hung up without helping me. I called back he was rude and obnoxious. I called back hoping to get another person and he started yelling at me cause I told him why does he keep hangin up he called me names and said will find me and beat me up. Unprofessional person needs to be retrained or reprimanded. He should not be working for that company.Business response

This customer called our office late Friday and spoke to Jessica in our office. He said he wanted information on an air filter size for his air conditioning unit that is 20 yr old. Jessica told him we do not deal with the brand he has and we do not deal with air filters either. We specialize in ductless mini split systems and central split systems only. Customer still kept insisting that we provide him with some info as no other local stores were open due to long weekend holiday. Jessica tried to explain him again that we do not deal with the product and its parts, he then got rude at first, then started yelling and complaining about the brand over the phone. She had no choice but to put him on hold and when Josh got on the phone to help out, he started yelling again and started used profane and obscene words, leaving us with no option but to end the conversation and hang up at that point. Please note, customer is upset about a product he did not purchase from us. We have no relationship with this customer. We do not sell their product parts. Customer was being disrespectful and started yelling and cursing at our staff when we had nothing to do with the problem he was facing. This complaint does not make sense. If customer can provide their email address we could possibly send them a manual by researching it for no charge, but they did not purchase any product or parts from Kingersons and we are not obligated to provide any support, let alone for free.
