    I was being charged monthly for a vip account that i didnt sign up for. Had to go into my paypal account to stop them from charging me monthly. i feel like this is a scam and they shouldnt be able to take money from people like this

    I ordered 3 16oz bottles of nexgen ceramic wax. When I received my order there was 3 8oz bottles not 16oz. I contacted company and they asked for a picture of the product I received. I sent them the picture and haven't herd anything else back from them. I have called and left messages and emailed them. I would like the rest of the product I ordered or the refund back.

    First off I do apologize for any confusion.  When we reshipped the order one of our customer service agents sent another 3 bottles.  Which would bring you up to the equivalent of 3x of the 16oz bottles.  What he SHOULD have doen is sent 3 of the 16oz bottles.  I have spoken to the rep to hopefully correct this issue in the future.

    Regardless I have refunded the money no problem.  Please keep any product you have on us.  This was not a scam it was a silly mistake.  Take care and best regards.

    I purchased this product on April 21st. By May 1st I had received 2 emails from Nexgen asking for reviews of the product. I emailed back that I had not received the product. I then called on May 2nd and was told the bottles I ordered were out of stock, so they were going to send the larger bottle and the rest of my order. By May 5th I had not received shipping information, so I called again and spoke with Mike (whom had his kids screaming in the background). He forwarded me shipping information from ***. When I pulled up the order on *** it simply shows the shipping label was created and *** was waiting on the package. Shortly after, same day, I received an email from Mike stating my VIP membership was cancelled. This is a box that you must click when purchasing the product. I have a screen recording showing I did not request to be VIP as it serves no purpose at all. I emailed back that I'm reporting this company to BBB and the Florida AG. I want a full refund from this company.

    I purchased (online) their ceramic polish. I later found 2 highly illegal unauthorized charges to my Visa. I had to cancel my credit card, along with chest pain related stress. As well, after this, I cannot stand to look at the product, let alone use it. My original purchase was $29.95 with the 2 charges of $12.57 each totals $45.09. I want a refund for this amount

    Brought a product and automatically put into a monthly vip charge. I did not agree to this and canceled when I received the first charge. After I contacted them, they advise if I wanted a discount to renew the membership. I never received anything for my first membership charge. Very deceitful company.

    I made a purchase from this company in October 2021. The product didn't arrive so I contacted them to inquire. They said I must have been lost in 'holiday' rush? Strange excuse but whatever. I asked for a refund and they agreed. I assumed that we were done and since my partner reviews our statements, I lost track. Fast forward to today, I was looking at a statement for another charge and came upon one for NexGen Nevada with a phone number (disconnected) I immediately checked all of my statements back to the original purchase and it appear that not only didn't they refund the purchase price but they also charged me $12.97 every month since then. I tried calling the number (disconnected). I tried logging into their website (no account under my email... becausei never had one) and finally I used their contact message service to explain the problem. They responded with the same crazy excuse I've seen all over this section... said I signed up for some VIP service to receive free shipping and discounted product in the future? That makes no sense. Why would I want free shipping on a product I never received and why would I continue a VIP service for a company that I sent do business with? Full disclosure they allegedly closed the VIP account status and refunded 1 month. They said i was sent an email confirming this VIP account back in October but my email account has no record of that. In my estimation they owe me quite a but more. I will close this complaint upon a full refund but from what I see so far, I guess I need to get in line.

    When I purchased a bottle of the nexgen spray online I was, without my knowledge or approval, put into some kind of monthly program. I just discovered the charges after 22 months. At no time did I ever receive any product , other than the original purchased bottle, or any services of any kind for my monthly so called membership. When I finally discovered this monthly charge I contacted the companies customer service where they agreed I should not have been signed up for a monthly service that I received nothing for, but told me they would only refund me 7 months of the 22. I asked to speak with a manager I was told an Eric M****** would be contacting me. I have not heard from him. I am asking your assistance in getting my money returned.
